Target Stores

I love Target but this location has gone downhill. It is dirty and trashy and they never have what I am looking for.

I am a die-​hard target fan, and generally speaking couldn’t care less which location I visit, however this location seems to have more of a «home» feeling. Maybe because it’s close to my home? I find that they rearrange the LEAST, which is huge to me. If I am running in to get something, I want to be able to find it immediately, get it, and get out– however sometimes, they move things, and there I am wandering around the store lost like a puppy, with 100 things in my cart that I DID NOT come for, and I end up leaving and forgetting the one thing I actually desperately needed. Their staff is always friendly, and kind, and what I love too is that they are consistent. There isn’t a huge turn over in employees, which means they are happy with their job, in turn being happy to all of the customers, and they literally have the mantra «the customer is always right», which I love. Because I love being always right.

I love Target! This has always been my go-​to Target. However w/​the ever so expanding of Knoxville this place is always busy. The best time to go is during the week early in the morning if you can fit that into your schedule, otherwise it might be time to make a trip to the Target off of Northshore Drive off of Pellissippi Parkway. That one seems to never be crowded.

Employees are very nice and helpful.

Not a Super Target like the one in Turkey Creek, but it gets the job done if you just need to pick up a few items. The location is very convenient. It’s right off Kingston Pike and a short commute from the mall.
