I’ve lived here two years now and it’s the best apartment building in Knoxville, in my opinion. The location is excellent. The Strip is within walking distance as well as the new shopping center right across the street with Walmart and Publix, among others. The views are amazing, staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager Sharon works very hard to keep things running smoothly. I’ve even seen her still around at 11 PM working. Maintenance is prompt and helpful (Carlos is awesome). Any problems I’ve had have been minor and resolved quickly. Surprisingly quiet for a building largely filled with college students and other young people. Taco Tuesday’s and Waffle Wednesday’s provide an excellent sense of community and free food is always nice. Overall, it’s a great place to live which I absolutely recommend!
