Evolve Apartments

I currently live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. I was so excited to live here when I signed the lease in February 2014. I moved in in August. When I moved in we did not have closet doors yet. It was poorly painted, it honestly looked as if it were thrown together. Management is pretty nice, but still working out some kinks as can be expected. I was hoping this would be a semi quiet place during the week for studying purposes, however it is incredibly loud ²⁴⁄₇. I understand partying on the weekend, but I did not expect the noise in class days. I am currently paying $ 899 a month. This does not include utilities or parking in the garage. The rent is going up to $ 1100 a month per person next August. I would love to stay due to the great location, however the price and the noise is not worth it.
