Papa John’s Pizza

Chances are, you know what to expect from Papa John’s product. It’s not artisanal pizza, but it’s comfortable. It’s doughy, cheesy, and mild. This location’s pizza is no exception. So this review is based more on customer service, which is pretty stellar. Over the years that I have used this location, of course there have been a few accidents (incorrect toppings, forgetting a part of the order, etc), but it’s a big deal when I know I can count on a place to make it right. And at this Papa John’s, I definitely can.
I should also say that no delivery service is perfect, especially in a college town. If I’m ordering delivery, that means I don’t feel like going to get it myself… which makes it hard to complain about wait time (especially when the Vols are playing!) That said, Papa John’s is pretty good about delivering within their time estimate. It may be awhile, but you know that upfront.
If you know you like Papa John’s pizza, and you’re near campus, I think you’ll be happy ordering from this location!

Typical Papa John’s restaurant. Their delivery leaves something to desired sometimes. You could be waiting for a long time or they could be right there. Really hit or miss. The same is true for the pizzas. Sometimes you will get a great pizza, other times your pizza will be cold and disgusting. Be prepared for anything.
