Woohoo, an authentic bakery on the Strip! These guys know what they’re doing with bread and have a keen spirit for customer service. Stopped by on a game day Saturday not realizing they close for games (duh, who would blame them) but they were there hard at work on wholesale orders and offered to sell us anything they had on hand, so we picked up a rye and a cranberry walnut loaf that were both still warm from the oven and wow! The dude and I couldn’t stop eating the warm bread in the car on the way to the farmer’s market! The crust was crispy, the outside was crunchy, the walnuts tasted fresh unlike many store-​bought breads with nuts, and the little bit we managed to save after that lasted us several days and still tasted great. Can’t wait to go back now that they’re officially open and try more goodies!
