This store is very disorganized and very high priced.
I was looking for paper clips and they literally offer 3 different kinds. Silver, gold and a mixture of red, black and white. That might be okay for some people but for me, I need color and variety. I also appreciate different shapes than a standard paper clip, which they do not offer.
They have the office and school supplies spread out all over the place. Spiral notebooks are on one side of the store while binders are on the complete opposite side.
Their price for a simple composition notebook is $ 3.49! A pack of pens? $ 5.99.
I’ll stick with Staples where the variety is tremendous and the prices are reasonable!

Great service, great selection, and a very knowledgable staff. Daniel, in computer sales went over the top taking time to explain computer stuff to an old guy like me. Bill, the manager, was very helpful too. I went here because of bad service at the other Knoxville Office Depot and I’m glad I did. If you are going to Office Depot in this area — this is the BEST one!
