I ordered a slim 4 add bacon add cheese. The girl who took the order said that was an impossible order. I explained that this was my «regular» and that I have gotten that sandwich multiple times previously even at that same location. She told me she could not add cheese or bacon to a slim 4. So I was forced to pay more money for a turkey tom no lettuce no tomato no mayo add cheese add bacon. When I got home and opened my sandwich it had lettuce on it. That’s exactly what I was trying to prevent by ordering the slim 4.

My meal was delivered to my dorm room 7 minutes after I placed the order online, so they really are freaky fast subs. The Italian Night Club sandwich was great just a little too much mayo for my liking. Will order again very soon!

I have ordered delivery from this location many times. However, when I called a few nights ago I was rudely informed that they did not deliver to my address (which is less than a mile from this JJ), even though they have many times in the past. I don’t know if that was recently changed, or the workers did not want to have to deliver late at night (even though I called over 2 hours before closing). I ended up coming into the facility to buy my sandwich after being denied delivery and was disappointed at what I got. I ordered a PEPE, but the sub I got was put together very poorly, with the majority of it being lettuce. I will not be returning to this location due to the carelessness of the employees.

I’m not sure why everyone is crazy over these sandwiches but they are. Something about the mayo. Which I’m not a fan of. It’s rare that I have a go to place for sandwiches because most places suck at veggie options. On the plus side, I do love that they give you a whole pickle! It was so juicy and crunchy!

The food here always is fresh and filling. It’s almost refreshing to sit down and have a sandwich, chips, and drink. The employees are friendly and make it an enjoyable experience every time I go and not to mention the atmosphere itself is enticing, featuring a «free smells» sign which doesn’t disappoint.

I work in a busy ER just down the street from this Jimmy John’s, so I have been ordering from this place for a while now. I don’t think I will be giving them my business again, though. Two nights ago, it was a particularly busy night and I wasn’t able to even sit down and THINK about eating dinner until about 2:30 AM. I called this place, as they were pretty much my only option at that time of day, and paid for my order with a credit card. I waited, and waited, AND waited, but no order came. I called them again, about an hour after I made my order (30 mins before their closing time, so there should’ve bee someone available to take my call), but no one would pick it up. I tried a minute later and the line was constantly busy. They had taken the phone off the hook!!! In short, I never got my dinner (THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR) and never got any explanation why. To add insult to injury, I stopped by the place the next day to complain and pretty much got the brush-​off by the manager. No real apology. No explanation. Nothing. At least the charge was voided. They seriously need to work on their customer service. Never again.

Just ordered from this place for like the third or forth time. It’s always been pretty good but they forgot my chips this time which wasn’t a big deal until I called to see if the driver might still be in the are and the manager proceeded to tell me that he knows that it was in the bag and there was nothing he could do about it. Just doesn’t seem how you should treat people after ordering $ 50 with of sandwhichs. Which if you’ve ate here before you know that’s a lot lol.

I like this one, but if they mess up your order they don’t give a crap. They won’t do anything to compensate you. It’s quite ridiculous. Bad management. But, the drivers are quite professional, quick, and friendly.

Phone personnel are good, no issues.
The sorry delivery guy that can’t tell the difference between a #5 and #10, worthless. Griping to me that it would come out of his paycheck!!! Sad face guy! You’re gonna have to eat that one. I’d almost rather he was on welfare, at least then he would do less harm.
His manager that backed him and wouldn’t provide a refund or an exchange in order to correct the order, not the person that I would have managing my restaurant. If you screw up its your fault. Don’t put it on the customer.

Was wanting a BLT and had never tried Jimmy Johns. I should have researched before trying it, but I had no idea they did not serve hot subs. Also, there is a very funky smell in the restaurant, like a soured mop. Even the bread was cold. Where else can you get an ice cold BLT. Some subs are good cold, but not a BLT. My mistake.

Go for it if you enjoy having a fly in your sub! I should note that this was a delivery order placed at 3am. So I guess you have to take what you can get.

My post drinking ritual when in Knoxville, it’s a perfect buffer to the end of the night. open till 4, fast as hell, and pretty damn tasty too.
In terms of Subs– they are my preferred choice to the competition.

Great deli sandwiches! Prices are great. $ 4.50 for original JJ’s and $ 5.50 for the giants. Another great thing is they deliver 7 days a week.

Super fast and way better than Subway! Beach Club sandwich is by far the best.

I loved in in Michigan and it just right in Tennessee too.
If you love a devine, scrumptous and well preportioned sandwhich than you much give Jimmy a try!
I suggest the Beach Club for the more exotic tasters and the Gargantuan if you can really hang!
