I highly recommend this Hampton Inn! The rooms, linens, and public spaces were very clean, and there were several excellent amenities to use. The location of the Hampton Inn is very walkable! Apart from a stretch of non-side walked road near the hotel, there are several restaurants, shops, a grocery store, an Orange Theory Gym, wine shop, and gas station all within a five minute walk! We went for a longer walk along the main drag and found more restaurants, a Best Buy, Gander Mountain, Movie Theatre, and other shops of interest. There is a Buttermilk Sky Pie shop, which looked amazing, but we were full from eating dinner! The outside amenities were awesome. It was great to relax by the pool and the outdoor fire pit, well away from noisy traffic. The lobby had cookies and kept stocking tea, coffee, and hot chocolate well after 10 pm, which was wonderful! My family and I really enjoyed our stay! We will keep this Hampton Inn on our ‘Must Stay’ list!

Nice beds, pillows and linens. Clean and friendly. The rooms are nicer than the $ 250/night Gaylord Opryland Hotel. It’s so nice to not be Nickle and dimed to death like you are at those ‘upper end’ hotels. Oh, and we got a $ 20/discount for AAA membership… unexpected! Plus, like any good midrange hotel, if you need disposable razors, a toothbrush etc, they don’t look at it as an opportunity to rob you blind(like the Gaylord Opryland Hotel)…they will GIVE it to you!

Cleanest hotel I’ve been in; grounds, pool, room, elevators… And everything in room works; fridge, microwave, wifi, tv, charging station. Helpful staff and big choice on breakfast. It’s not pretentious, but exceeds my expectations for this price.

Rooms are really clean and the staff is nice. They also recognize military service members by giving a discount on room rates. Most hotels only recognize AAA for discounts. That says a lot. I will only stay in their hotels from now.

I stayed here last weekend for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very clean, with little sticky notes on the bed frame letting us know the sheets and bedcover were freshly cleaned. It had ample space in the rooms, and amenities like a fitness room, free wifi, and a neat little fire pit outside, which we took advantage of one evening. The hotel is located near restaurants, and a 15 minute drive to downtown. It’s about 45 minutes to Gatlinburg, unless you go on a Saturday afternoon like we did, which took us almost 4 hours due to tourist traffic. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful and personable, printing out directions and parking information for us to take with us on the road. The hot breakfast was simple… eggs or premade omelets, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, and bagels… but decent. For the time of year, I thought the hotel was good priced. Being it was the first time I stayed in a Hampton Inn, I was impressed and would definitely stay in another.
