Worst service I have ever had at a Firehouse Sub and I have been to this one and many others lots of times. Two of us ordered, I got mine in 10 minutes. After 15 more minutes we asked about the second persons order. They said they had the wrong slip of paper and exchanged what they had with the receipt given to the person. After another 15 minutes we asked again and were told it would be up shortly. After another 15 minutes we asked for a refund and they gave a refund for the sandwich only with no explanation of why it was taking so long. We were on our lunch hour so did not have any more time to wait so we left with one person getting there order and the other getting chips and a drink. At the very least for this kind of service they should have given a full refund if they could not fill the order. Very poor service and I will not patronize this firehouse subs anymore.

Interesting regional chain of sub shops started up by firemen. They have like 50 different kinds of hot sauce to put on the subs if you like your sandwich en fuego. Not really anything special, but the food sure beats the crap out of Subway, so thumbs up! Too bad the service is kind of sloppy.
