Love this place. Great quality food. Prices can be a little high if you don’t catch the sales. That is really the only ding against them. Local honey is priced reasonably though. Very helpful staff. Guys behind the meat counter are fast and know the product.

I adore this store. Walking in is a breath of fresh, delicious air!
Selection of cheeses is fantastic. Great variety of yogurt – from Greek to goat. Typically offer weekly specials on products that pertain to me… which is great. (Unlike Kroger and Walmart where the items I don’t love are usually on sale.)
I’ve been pleasantly surprised to even find competitive prices on a good selection of products that I would typically buy in a big box store.

–blue diamond almond/​nut/​rice crackers
–organic half and half & butter
If I could snap my fingers and make a wish, I’d wish that Earth Fare could be competitively priced on ALL their foods. Then I could shop there for EVERYTHING!

Great food from their deli /​hot bar. Yes it is a bit higher priced than some grocery stores, but usually worth it. Friendly and nice employees and good, cheap pizza in the deli.

Wide variety of products here !!! I love this place, and you can also get a decent meal with a fresh veggie/​fruit juice here! It has fantastic products and the best quality when it comes to vegetables and fresh fruits.
It can be a bit pricy but the quality of some products is worth it. Check in on Unilocal for some coupons and follow then on Instagram for more! I got 5 dollars off

I can see how Earth Fare is a place people love, and I do admit that if I lived in Knoxville, I would likely frequent this place for many of my grocery needs.
However, it is just like Whole Foods, which means it is essentially overpriced organic food. Of course, many of the products here are awesome, and not available at any regular grocery store. Not only that, but any place with bulk bins is alright in my book. That said, there is nothing else about this place that makes it stand out as more spectacular than any other grocery store.

Good variety — beers, cheeses, fresh vegetables, dairy (soy/​almond/​coconut milks), fresh meats (chicken, sausages, beef, shrimp). Pricier than average for the organic/​specialty nature of the food. They have a great pre-​made food section, cold things like chicken and potato salads, as well as things you can warm up, like salmon fillets, chicken breasts, and pastas.
They also have a little already warm café that does sandwiches, a salad bar, and a warm food cafeteria like bar for something like $ 8/​lb. I picked up the potatoes au gratin (extremely rich, but tasty), pot roast (nice, a little dry), and veggies (glad to see they still had a little bite, not overly soggy like most cafeterias.)

Best organic grocery shopping in Knoxville. Knowledgable, friendly staff, milk sold in glass jugs that can be returned for a deposit, lots of community outreach events. It’s the store that loves you back.
