Best Buy Turkey Creek

It’s Best Buy… What can I say? But this time quick service and explanations to our laptop questions! Purchased and out the door in less than 30 minutes!
Friendly staff… On this visit!

I’m only reviewing them because on the few occasions when I’ve had to bring something back, they’ve been very accommodating and what made what I thought would be a frustrating experience a «no biggie». Great job and I will and do go back. Not much of a review, but it does mean something when they do what they say and say what they do.

No issues this past weekend when my wife and I upgraded our phones. A brief wait, helpful advice (purchase vs. lease a phone discussion) and friendly service. The worst thing (and what lost them a star) was the fact the guy ringing us up told me we would get $ 100 gift cards for each phone (sweet) but went on to say if we had gotten there a couple of hours earlier we would have gotten free fitness trackers as part of a «Black Friday in July. I didn’t know that was an option, and now I want them. I did get the gift cards, but a friendly tip: don’t mention freebies to a customer only to say «sorry, you got here too late.» Rude.

Big store with lots of variety. Although, I think some things are very pricey… very nice stocked store. Came in to look at televisions and boy, their prices are high compared to Sams Club.
Would recommend but compare prices before purchasing and be prepared to be followed by EVERY employee in the store if your going in to look around and compare prices… rediculous!!!

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me find exactly what I was looking for.
They were able to match a price online and go above and beyond the call of duty to help me.
Great experience at this location.

This store tends to be an example as to why Best Buy is a struggling retailer. During a recent visit, the store was filled with shoppers, but only one associate was at the checkouts. Employees in blue Best Buy shirts wandered aimlessly on the showroom floor while the line grew and grew. I spent about 20 minutes waiting to pay for my item until finally someone came to the front to open another register. This is after I spent several minutes trying to find someone who could direct me to the item I was looking for, only to be told by one associate that «they used to be over here but now I don’t know where they are.» If this was an isolated incident I wouldn’t worry too much about it, but every time I set foot in a Best Buy something always ends up irritating me.

If you want to go to a Best Buy then you might as well go the bigger and better one on Towne and Country Circle.
There’s nothing wrong with this Best Buy. I just prefer the bigger location and larger selection at the other store.
