We always get food from here. I love asian food and their curries were flavorful and amazing. There are also plenty of noodles to choose from. You can also ask them to cook asian food not in the menu. The storekeeper/manager Chu/Tiu is very friendly and accomodating. She has a lot of stories to tell too :) The only problem with the place is the ambiance since the inside is simply plain, looks messy and unappetizing so taking out your food is better for me.

Try the Malaysian curry! It’s the best sauce I’ve ever had, and I usually Get 7 level spicy, this modest looking place has great unusual food.

Very good, good price and generous portions. The Steak Hibachi is very good… tender steak. The Chicken Hibachi with dark meat is the best I have ever tried. Massaman Curry with chicken is excellent. Wide variety of Malaysian dishes as well as more mainstream Asian dishes. Very friendly service. One of my new favorites… have been going here once a week at the least!

This place is awesome! I’ve been here several times and have tried something different just about every time and everything I’ve had has been amazing! This is a small, hole in the wall place and the lady that works here is super nice and very friendly. I definitely recommend ordering off of the Malaysian street food menu, my favorites being the curry lak sa noodle soup and the tom kha noodle soup. The mapo tofu is delicious if you like tofu. I had several questions over some of the noodle dishes and the woman working there was very helpful with answering all of my questions. The portions are pretty big and the prices are not bad at all, with most of the dinner entrees being around $ 8 -$ 10. I loved their steamed dumplings and their tom kha soup is some of the best in knoxville. They have the average americanized Chinese food and hibachi items on their menu(my boyfriend likes the broccoli beef) but I definitely recommend ordering off the Malaysian street food menu hand written on their wall or trying one of the specials the owner writes on a white board.(this week it was a whole white fish and was awesome!) I’m so glad I found this place and will be coming back here very often!

Amazing authentic food, great price, very friendly service. I’m about to go out in a rainstorm for takeout because it is worth it.

We have ordered takeout twice from here and all 5 dishes we’ve had have been truly excellent. So far we’ve had: A3 Penang Mee Goreng(curried lo mein-type noodles with veggies and choice of meat), A6 Malaysian Chow Kuck Teow(wide rice noodles in a brown sauce with choice of meat – so far, this is my favorite) and most recently A1 Malaysian Nasi Goreng(very subtle curry flavored rice dish – my husband’s favorite) and A8 Drunken Noodle(wide rice noodles with choice of meat in a brown sauce). We’ve enjoyed every single dish. The beef is melt-in-your mouth tender, the chicken is fresh and delicious(so many places have re-heated chicken and I can always tell), the tofu in my A8 was so plentiful – it appeared to be an entire block!!! Excellent value for the money. We’ve also had the Crab Rangoons because we were craving something crunchy – very good and even more delicious with the accompanying sauce. We like the food so much, we are thinking this is going to be our new weekly takeout place! Please give their food a try – we plan to try several more authentic dishes and then may branch over to the Americanized Asian foods just to try them out also. Also – they make this delicious food FAST. My husband went there and ordered in person and was walking out the door within 10 – 15 minutes. We highly recommend this place!

First time in tonight for a take out order. The woman at the counter was extremely friendly. Our food was ready when we arrived. We ordered General Tao chicken, steak hibachi and Malaysian chicken fried rice. Everything was fresh and hot. The Generals chicken was mildly spicy and came with a side of rice. The hibachi was quite flavorful, the steak was tender, and it came with broccoli, onions, and carrots. The shrimp sauce was included as expected. The Malaysian fried rice was my favorite. It is listed as a spicy dish and it was to a point. It was not too spicy but it enhanced the flavor. I’m looking forward to going back and trying the Malaysian street food!

This place is a gem! The food is always fresh, and the employees couldn’t be nicer. This is our go-to spot for a quick dinner or take out. I crave the Massaman curry!

I have enjoyed this place many times for lunch when we are working in the area and finally taking my wife; She’s only had my leftovers before and loved it also.

So far I have only tried two of the items off the street food menu, but both visits have been great. The food is fresh(not canned). This is not your run of the mill Asian restaurant. Great service, clean, awesome food. I will be back soon.

I Really like their Singapore street noodles! They have Americanized Chinese along with Malaysian street food. Very tasty!
