I bought my living room, bed room and dining room furniture when I bought a new house. We bought extra protection plan for 5 years for all furniture since their salesman was telling(we know later that he was lying) us that anything happens it will cover. After a year and half my living room sofas cover started peeling off. It’s a nice expensive leather power reclining sofa. I called them and they said peeling off cover is not under warranty and under protection plan as well. Their salesman was screaming at the time of selling furniture that its cover any kind of damage. I spent around $ 8000.00 over there. I talked to sherry manager over there on phone and personally several time, but she didn’t respond me as well. I would not recommend buying furniture at Ashley store. It’s didnt long last even one and half year after spending $ 8000.00. They sell piece of junk over there. I tried to contact owner via Sherry as well who also owners Knoxville wholesale furniture in Knoxville. Owner also did not respond me as well. So please don’t go Ashley and Knoxville wholesale furniture since they don’t care about their customer.

Walking in you start looking at one bed and«Boom» your hit with a salesman… uhhh. no. I know what I’m looking for, leave me alone please. let me shop. I just walked in the door– I don’t mean to be rude but I will come get the salesman when or if I even find what I’m looking for. I mean let me at least look at a few and then walk up to me… as soon as im in the door is unexceptable. I bought a king size mattress set from here awhile back with the whole bed ensemble lamps and all, basically the whole bedroom… lasted a long time. I didnt see anything that caught my eye in here. Prices are not too bad. I like the real wood not half partical board/wood. Its just like real leather versus fake, you can always tell the difference. They have a clearance section upstairs.

I read a few reviews from others that had positive experiences with the sales people at Ashley. Unfortunately, each store must operate differently. The Ashley in Knoxville, TN within Turkey Creek seems to be training their staff to push and harass potential customers. My wife and I wanted to buy some new living room furniture and so we visited several places here in town to compare products and prices. The first time we walked into Ashley we were greeted by an overly pushy salesman that immediately handed me his business card and proceeded to give me a 10 minute speech on all the products and services I could get at Ashley. I finally interrupted him and said that we just wanted to browse and that we’d find him if we needed him. I was completely ignored and he continued talking about all the deals we could find there. We just walked away from him and started looking through the store. They actually have a number of nice items at decent prices, but I’m now irritated by this salesman. Unfortunately, it didn’t end there. The guy followed us around the store continuing to try and feed us his sales pitch. I asked him a second time if we are allowed to just look around on our own, but he just went on and on as if I hadn’t said a word. We left, and decided we’d return another day hoping he wouldn’t be there. We waited a couple days and stopped in again, and unfortunately were greeted by salesman #2 with the exact same pushy sales pitch delivered the exact same way. I asked him twice if we are allowed to just walk around the store and browse, but he insisted on following us and pointing out things that are on sale. I looked at my wife and said we need to go. We drove over to Brown Squirrel furniture and bought new living room and dining room sets. The experience at Brown Squirrel couldn’t have been any better. If anyone from Ashley is reading these, I highly recommend you tone down the pressure sales pitch and allow your customers some breathing room. I’ll never step foot in your door again.

Inspect your furniture CAREFULLY upon delivery. We bought seven pieces and sent three back because of tears or just poor construction. Low cost and low quality.
