Fabulous prices and fabulous furniture. They were awesome. We love our couch. It was delivered on the exact day we bought it. No issues. We will buy all our furniture from here in the future. The prices and customer service cannot be beat.

Got a good deal on mattresses a few weeks back. Getting a great deal on a matching love seat and sofa combo today. Pleased with service and the delivery was on time as promised.

Recently purchased a sectional sofa from here and couldn’t be happier with the service and quality of the product. This place was one of our first stops and we ended up coming back 2 weeks later after looking at every furniture store in the greater Knoxville area and comparing prices. The entire staff was very friendly, especially our salesman Nathan. He was able to answer all my questions and was extremely polite and helpful. I didn’t feel any pressure like at some of those other stores and he even remember us weeks later when we came back. When we got the couch back home we had to take the feet off it to get it through the door and had some trouble getting them back on. The staff was able to help us out and provided excellent service even after the sale. My only complaint, and it’s a small one, is the warehouse isn’t air-​conditioned and boy was it hot on a summer weekend.
Overall American Freight made my couch buying experience a very very positive one.
