If I could give them negative 5 stars, I would. I had been taking them my car since 2005 and was happy until about a year ago when I went in for a routine oil change. In summary, I ended up going back 3 times to fix an oil leak that was non-​existent until they changed my oil. No apology for wasting my time, no refund, no discount — and I was dealing with the OWNER! It seems customer service 101 to at least apologize to a repeat customer if you screw up an oil change 3 times in 2 days.
Wait, it gets better — just before this incident, I had them change my brakes… also a little over a year ago. I just got a call from the dealership (I quit going here since the oil change debacle) and was informed 1. that they put my rear brakes on backwards, 2. the front brakes were installed incorrectly, and 3. they «did an all-​around disservice to me.» Not my words. At any rate, their shoddy work is now costing me over $ 700 in repairs that I shouldn’t need to make had they done their job correctly in the first place.

I have been a customer of Knightdale Tire for many years, they are the most honest mechanics I have found in the area. I will continue to take my vehicles here, they are knowledgeable, professional and very friendly.

Will charge $ 30 to check engine light but will not charge you if they cannot identify the problem. Not very reliable for import vehicles.
