Duke Urgent Care Knightdale

Very unsatisfied. I called the urgent care on Thursday night at 720pm to see the wait time. I was told 25 min. So i arrived at 725pm. Front desk clerk was good got all my info and changed my address finally after asking them to multiple times this year. I was immediately brought back which was fine but not 25 min wait that i was told. The nurse rushed me through answering my questions and would not let me finish my symptoms. Then i was escorted back to room. Waited for dr who obviously wanted to go home because he as well did the same as the nurse. I felt like all they wanted to do was get me in and out and the wait time i was originally told was to probably to get me not to come in 1^st place. But i went to my actual dr the next morning where blood was drawn and tests were done. I had been misdiagnosed and given medicine that was not for the ailment i had. Never again will i make mistake of going here. Deff no bedside manner or care!
