Wendy’s

Usually they’re pretty good and quick. Once I went late night and they have no sides. No fries, no potatoes, nothing. It was very bizarre and I feel like fast food places shouldn’t run out of all sides! The gentlemen helping me was very nice about it and I understood there was nothing he can do but it was still a little ridiculous.

Employees appear to be completely disinterested in working. The two girls at the register were more concerned with their conversation. I ordered a kids meal and she couldn’t even be bothered to put it in a bag. Then seemed annoyed when I questioned it. Nuggets were hard. Not even worth complaining.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and a hamburger. Both were bad. Hamburger had notably spoiled meat. The tomato and lettuce were old. Got these to go and had to throw both away. I am a Wendy’s fan, but there are big problems here.

OMG SOOOOO slow! I’ve been in drive thru line for 15 mins. Only 3 people working at midnight with 10 cars in line! Jees

Beautiful store. This location simply sucks! 18 people in line, with one slow a$$ cashier! Won’t be visiting here again.

This Wendy’s is a lot more efficient than the BK and McDonalds down the street; however, it still has some areas that need improvement. They recently renovated this location inside and out, so it looks a lot more appealing even though it is not easily seen from 192. Half of the staff are friendly and attentive, and the other seems to hate what they do. This kind of 50 – 50 staff has a direct impact on the quality of work along with the variability of the overall experience. There will be times where the service is quick and efficient, and there are other times where you’re wait time exceeds more than 15 minutes, the orders come out all wrong and cold. I always give fast food employees the benefit of the doubt and see how they rectify the situation. All in all, the quality of the food is always great, but the quality of the service is unpredictable.

This Wendy’s was always a convenient location for us when we lived in Celebration and if you are hungry and want to wait to get out of Disney property it is convenient for that too which is what we do most of the time is go through the drive thru for the value menu chicken sandwich and frosty with fries. The location had a recent remodel and the inside is actually really nice. The people in the drive thru have recently gotten our order the last few visits so before you take off I would recommend you check your bag and make sure that they have not ruined the order because lately we would order a jr cheese burger with no tomato and it would have tomato no cheese and added bacon which is not even close since neither my hubby or I a big fan of bacon. Then you would order a chicken sandwich and would end up with a jr cheeseburger. So just check your bag!

Went late at night burgers were cold and old. Not edible. Better off going hungry. Just awful.

I’ve never been inside, just gone through the drive through. The voice coming out of the speaker was clear, and understood my order, as evidenced by the correct food in the bag. Fries and chili were standard Wendys fare.
This is close to my office and a quick lunch pick up.
