The UPS Store

Been here twice. First time was averagely ok. Waited a while as they seem to take a bit with customers. Maybe it’s a good thing. For the line, it’s not.
Then I went back to overnight something to my parents. The guy pointed out that overnight was $ 40 while Priority Mail was $ 10. I said they only have a PO Box, not USPS mail delivery. He said since it popped up on his computer, it didn’t matter, they’d deliver. Well, 2 – 3 days go by and no delivery. My dad ended up calling the Post Office and they’d luckily recognized his name and kept it from being sent back as undeliverable (very small town!). Dude from this UPS store was wrong. Just like I told him, it was supposed to be to the PO Box, not the home address. Could’ve been a huge issue if it was really something important. Won’t trust their opinions again.

By far the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced!
I made an appointment to get fingerprinted here (out of necessity for school). The area being predominately Spanish, I expected a certain amount of Spanish speaking to go on but this employee team of heavy-​accented Spanish speakers made myself and another woman who did not speak Spanish feel very unwelcomed and did not attempt to converse as they had been with the other customers. Even after I checked in to be fingerprinted, he showed very little care to actually take care of me and said «okay, a couple moments» and moved on to help other guests.
I must mention that this was my SECOND attempt to get fingerprinted here because when I was on my way to my previous appointment, I called to verify the address and was told by a female that even though I had an appointment and confirmation number, she «showed no appointments» and the lobby was «too full to help you, goodbye» as she hung up on me!
AVOID THIS STORE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!
