This is the most organized and well put together Salvation Army I have ever been into and donated too. Plus the store is huge! The sections are well labeled so you know where to find what you didn’t know you need plus they have a huge selection of furniture. So whether you are looking to furnish your first place on your own or just a thrifty shopper this is a great place to shop!

I really like this Salvation Army over all because they get the occasional vintage item I can score. New stuff is being put out all the time so by making an extra pass of a certain area you might find something new in the same visit! Wednesdays are 50% off ALL clothing, expect really long lines, screaming children and a store that looks like a tornado ripped through it! Sale doesn’t include lingerie or swim suits. Staff is generally friendly but I have seen them taking stuff off the shelf they want to buy and taking it back in to the back… lame!

So from time to time, I like to indulge in a little bit of thrifting. I have my favorite locations and this Salvation Army is one of them. The store is HUGE! I houses everything from large furniture,(including bedroom suites, living and dining room sets) to small appliances and household items. Of course there are clothes as well. During my visit the store was pretty organized but the store does have a stale musty smell that you have to get used to. The clothing is separated into categories ie. Skirts, dresses, blazers) and within each category the items are separated by color. This can be a bit annoying as you never what size you’re picking up when you see something that you like. The prices are slightly higher than I’m accustomed to when thrifting but definitely not expensive… well the coats were a bit over priced if you ask me. The accessories are probably my favorite thing about this store. I can always find cute unique scarves and jewelry when I come in which makes the whole visit worthwhile

The only reason to go here is if you have looked everywhere else for an item and can’t find it/don’t want to order online. –Smells very musty(old gross carpet) –Unlike other stores which have items priced by type(all jeans $ 3.99) etc, here each clothing piece was individually overpriced. Shirts ranged from $ 4 to $ 24, and when I saw that I just quit looking at clothes. Tags were stapled to the clothing, which is not a great idea. –Set-up is terrible. I wanted to sit and look at the books, but I had to keep jumping up and moving completely out of the way because the book aisle is also the moving furniture around the store aisle. I couldn’t just squish up a bit, employees were moving couches frequently. — Books are shelved haphazardly; paperbacks & hardbacks together; all subjects/languages mixed(this is not unusual for thrift shops). –Did I mention the overpriced items? I saw a used slow cooker priced the same as a brand new one; at another thrift shop the same day I saw identical item for 1⁄3 the price. Good Points: plenty of carts; lots of parking; employees were helpful, even the one who didn’t speak English understood enough to point me in the right area of the store; bathrooms were multi-stall and decently clean; management made sure to open more registers as soon as a line started forming. Will never go back.

Driving between Goodwill stores, we saw this place and decided to drop in and check them out. Same story here… we were able to buy more Disney stuff to take home. Good thing we left room in our luggage for souvenirs, etc. We loved saving money and finding stuff at thrift stores. This one is huge and what caught my eye was the large number of white t-shirts…check this out: I didn’t buy any of those t-shirts, but its the most I’ve ever seen in a store like this. Anyway, we didn’t leave the store empty handed… plus we saved a ton of money. Return Factor — 75%

I arrived at this store on a mission to find one shirt and maybe a pair of pants if I was lucky… it was 15 minutes before closing(which I didn’t realize they close at 7. my mistake) and I start quickly going through the racks… everything is sorted by color not size.,.i found a shirt quickly and move on to pants next thing I know a voice(very angry voice) comes over the loudspeaker and states.literally.“the stores closed get out” so I put my shirt down and proceeded quickly to the door. a little frightened by the all mighty loudspeaker voice. there are not many thrift stores in the area… I believe two maybe three in Kissimmee and this store has a huge selection of clothes and household items. would recommend checking it out. just not anywhere near closing time. :)
