Steer clear of this place. It may qualify as one of your worst experiences in life. The store is managed by a bunch of liars, and the staff is a bunch of «kids» that are in training. Let’s begin with the wait time. I don’t care when you go there, you WILL wait. Now let’s move on to «service». — None. — They are completely incompetent. If you have an issue with a device, their solution is to buy a new one. — They attempted to convince me that my iPhone was broken. Took it to a Sprint Store in Lady Lake, and Jimmie resolved my issue in under 30 seconds. — Seriously. Lastly, I’ll describe management. — Vanessa(manager), promised me a rebate of $ 35 on my next bill. That was seven months ago. It’s still on my bill, and I refuse to pay it. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact her, and she has always promised to address it. — Haven’t seen her in a few months now. Also, forget using that *2 option. Those people are even more dense. Listen to my advice. Stay away from this place. It’s not worth the headache or the hiphop talk, that you will endure.

Around Xmas time I was looking for the best deal, I would have to goto this store to pick up the phones if I ordered online so I figured I’ll go in and see a person face to face. It was Xmas eve and the wait was long which I expected. The sales guy and manager told me of a promotion, buy a phone get $ 100. In merchandise for free. I bought 2 phones and paid my bill of $ 300 and did’t get a receipt, they said its in my email. The store was closing for the night. I checked the receipt later and instead of being charged $ 100 for each phone I was charged $ 50. then I seen I was charged $ 200. for all the accessories. They were not clear on the promotion, I would’ve been fine paying $ 100 for each phone and buy accessories as I need them not take what they push on me. I have a remote control car that my son can’t use with the galaxy, the battery charger was useful but I could’ve gotten it cheaper elsewhere. Cases they needed but cheaper elsewhere. I did go back on the 26th and the manager wasn’t there and the guy took my info and emailed it to her and she didn’t respond. Have had service with sprint, this store also messed up the bill by not taking off a cancelation notice on 2 lines and my bill became $ 1300. For the month. Sprint customer service in the phone fixed it, sprint on the phone seems to know what they’re doing. Be cautious with this store.
