Great customer service! Could’ve up sold me today but didn’t. Sheila and her manager fix my phone and encourage me to wait until the new iPhone 7 comes out to use my upgrade. Also change my plan while I was there, with no extra commitment, so I would stop getting overage charges. There was a promotion for 15 GB instead of my 10 GB. They are awesome and I will be back

I have been waiting for 45 minutes to be helped. There were two families in the store when I arrived. They have a greeter who took my name and said I be helped them sat behind the desk.
