This Ross location isn’t that different from any other. It is quite busy no matter what time of day you visit because of it’s location. Usually when I shop at Ross it is for housewares and décor not so much for the clothing but I don’t feel they have as much in these departments as other locations in the surrounding areas. Also I don’t feel as though their customer restrooms are very well maintained as during this visit myself and another customer went in and it was around noon, so the store had only been open a few hours and one of the stalls was out of tissue out of the 4 and the handicapped stall needed some attention. I realize this story is in a predominantly Spanish speaking area, but all signs in the restrooms were in Spanish and Portuguese except for the one directly referring to the employees of the store. Odd… Other than that it is a good store to find well priced items if you are willing to dig.

They are always busy and by the time I get to the front, there is a huge line. The selections are hit or miss and so is their customer service. I’ve gone and had a good experience, but I’ve also gone and had some of the worst.

Is this Ross placed in a shady area? Yes Would I go this way at night? No BUT, In the day time when the sun is shinning, my hubby and I make the bus trip to the pretty vacant mall and enjoy hours at ROSS! There is nothing like it here in Montréal, yeah, yeah there is Winners but the prices don’t come close. I look forward to my semi year vacation to bask in the sun and do my cloths shopping. I leave home with a carry on and come back with a luggage full of cloths! Shirts for 5 $ OMG! Pants & Jeans for less than 15 $ I can cry! Sure, you need to rummage through mountains of clothing but time fly’s when your having fun! So worth it! You need to go here you won’t regret it!
