Best staff ever, friendly and very nice people, genuine smile, very clean and excellent pizza and others.
The manager treat guests for employees very good, I visit here often with my family and I witness this always.
Full of families all the time but buffet always ready…
I work in hospitality, I know about quality service, this Manager and his Staff deserve 6 starts!!!

Well if you want something quick go to another location this one is slow and there is never anything on the Buffett. They can’t even keep sauce for the pasta on the Buffett and when people are all hanging around like vultures for the pizza that’s an issue!

When will I learn the lesson that you get what you pay for?
Buffets are gross to begin with. Which is why I always order from the menu or ask for a special order. We are vegan so we always order and share a veggie pizza with no cheese. We asked for a full size pizza since we share and the worker said no. She said we can have a personal size pizza. Okay, fine, no big deal. So we place our order and then she says no, we can only have one. When we are done we can order another. These personal pizzas are really small. And take 15 minutes to cook so it was really frustrating coming with a friend who was enjoying her lunch while we wait for our pizza to come out.
I won’t be coming back here.

I havent been to this cicis for a long time, but i get disney discount so i decided to bring my family
The staff is very friendly, it has a mini arcade there so its pretty cool. The place is clean except that for some tables the people that pass cleaning them were not going out very often. There was a table infront and next to us that was filled with plates and other trash and about 30 minutes passed and the trash was still just sitting there.
They dont have much variety of pizza, but you can always order one that you uare craving
If you are looking for a cicis were you can enjoy your pizza while eating i wouldnt really suggest it because there is so many kids around and there is lots of noise.

Very friendly staff. Accommodated the family for every request even the 6 year old. It was very clean and and kids had a good time. Only suggestion would be to get the Air Hockey game serviced including th pick and paddles.

The salad bar has really improved since our last visit. The groupon deal can’t be beat. Kids love this place. Overall it is not my favorite restaurant but I am out ruled. The bathrooms were a bit messy but overall everything was good.

Really poor in comparing to the others Cici’s pizza, I was waiting like 50 minutes for the special order. Plus that the buffet varieties is few, and also the soda drinks. I don’t recommend to anybody to come here…

This particular location actually was great compared it is located in a mini golf course. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I was looking for a particular item. They also offered to make a pizza to my liking if i wanted. I have never had such a great experience as I have at any other CiCi’s. Only $ 5.99 this is a steal, having always fresh product being rotating onto the buffet line and people always attending to the dining room making sure it was clean. Bathrooms were nice and bright also very clean. I recommend this location.

5.99 pizza buffet. Drinks are extra. All I can say is you get what you pay for. Pizza dry and not very tasty. They also have salad, dessert, bread sticks, and pasta. I didn’t really like anything from this place.
