Threw food in bag. Then forgot two items. Stingy with ketchup– you would think the employee pays for it herself. Store 21 485 outside Disney service avail outlet sucks

Used the drive-​thru around 11pm-​ish after checking into our hotel. Hot food, courteous staff and fresh nuggets that we only had to wait a couple of minutes for. No complaints here, and they even provided enough sauce as this can be a sticking point at some locations.

Mickey D’s is your standard cookie cutter franchise. If you been to one you have been to them all. The only difference would be how the staff makes your experience and how clean its kept.
Well for this particular one the staff was polite and the place was clean. In addition this Mickey Ds is definitely the best looking one I’ve been to from here to Nj/​NY. Orlando has them beat…

I was dreading coming here based on the reviews, but our morning drive thru experience was spectacular. Big breakfast platter, sausage burrito, sausage biscuit, 2 hash browns, 3 orange juices, and large coffee… all delivered quickly, neatly, and accurately. Food was hot. Service was fast and friendly. Condiments and napkins given without asking. Thanks!

WORST McD’s ever. Ordered chicken nuggets and got back to the hotel with a McRib. Fries undercooked, mozzarella sticks undercooked. I called and spoke to the manager who took my name and told me to come back any time and they would replace our meal as well as give us a coupon for a free value meal. Went back and night manager was not there so we spoke to store manager who told us the night manager only wrote down «replace» and underneath that «one free meal» on a blank sheet of white paper. What an AWESOME system. NOT. We told store manager what the night manager said and she did not believe us. I guess no one ever told her that THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. She would not budge no matter how much we tried. God forbid this McDonalds lose 2 or 3 dollars to try to correct a mistake. Horrible experience along with slow service, undercooked food and straight up un-​professionalism.

Takes forever for your food! You always have to repeat your order over & over. Never pull away without checking your order. Every time we go here we have to pull up & wait for our food. They always forget the sauce for the McNuggets. Needless to say we no longer patronize this location.

Picked up some quick lunch on the way towards our resort. It’s a different vibe when you coming. The service is the same as it has an accent type of feels. The food is still the same. Average fast food quality. My burger was crazy big & it missed a few extra stuff of like lettuce. Onions. Tomatoes. Drinks are free refills!

Agree with all the reviewers. This place is DIRTY and sooo slow. I mean really how hard is it to run a McDonald’s? I think the problem is that the managers clearly don’t care. I mean I don’t expect much from a McDonald’s but honestly I was shocked at how dirty it was and I go to a lot of McDonald’s. Avoid this place.

It’s a standard Mickey-D’s…but it’s located right outside the boundary for Walt Disney World and it gets packed in the morning. We would get our day started with breakfast here and lines like this were typical:
I’m a creature of habit when it comes to Mickey-D’s breakfast… I had the Egg McMuffin and Sausage McMuffin w/​Hash Browns. The food was as consistent as it comes for McDonald’s.
A couple of things I noticed here… they have Strawberry Fanta on their soda machine… yum, one of my favs as a kid. They also dispense their Sauces out of a machine… made it easy to get whatever you needed without too much hassle.
Overall, it was an average fast food experience whenever we ate here.

Waited 20 minutes before I was able to order at the drive through. I ordered two double cheeseburgers and a medium fry. Once at window to get food they asked I go park and they would walk out to me. Well upon waiting almost a half hour they brought out food and apologized saying they simply forget. Get to my hotel and order is wrong! Fml!

Waited over 15 minutes for a Big Mac meal at 11pm on a Tuesday. Saw THREE other people come back up with incorrect orders. Staff was friendly but just poorly trained. Place was kinda a mess too; especially the drink area. Fail!

This McDonalds is the SLOWEST!!! Besides repeating the order multiple times. Just make sure the order is correct before leaving the window.
Customer service is not very pleasant either!!!

It took 15 minutes to order with only two people in front of us and five staff members at the front. On the plus side, I would say the McDonalds here was cleaner than most we’ve been to.

Kann heute die schlechten Bewertungen nicht bestätigen. Wurde schnell und freundlich bedient und die Burger waren im McDonald’s typischen Bereich. Und einen Sonnenuntergang am 192 er gab es als Bonus. Würde wiederkommen.

This has to be the absolute worst experience ever. Like R Kelly, I was stuck in the closet, I was stuck in the drive thru, for over an hour. How horrible can a McDonalds be? This horrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

It takes a lot for me to spend time writing a fast food review because I normally set the bar pretty low, and if I can leave with food that tastes good, I consider it a success.
This is the most convenient location for my drive home, but like the one closest to my apartment, never fails to disappoint.
Last night I had to repeat my order several times (which I don’t mind) but when I checked the order, it was incorrect. When I informed the window attendant, she gave me an attitude for no reason, then instead of giving me a new order just quickly threw cheese and bacon on the same burger I gave back to her.
Avoid if you can, but trust me, there are no decent McDonald’s anywhere near this touristy section of 192.

This may be the slowest drive-​thru in all of Orlando. I could have written a Norse epic of conquest in the time it took these folks to sell us three chicken wings. I could have learned how to juggle. I could have met a nice tourist, had a one-​night stand, and gone to the pharmacy for medications to clear up that itching. I could have become fluent in Sindarin and the Black Speech. I could have founded a new religion based on making fast food actually fast. But instead I wrote this review in the time it took from when I placed my order until I got to the window to pay. I still don’t have my food.

The thing about McDonalds, if done right, is consistency! I had the #1…AMAZING! McDonalds perfected the all beef patty – times two! They use a special sauce that is out of this world! The bun is a trifecta of sesame seed bliss! They only use the finest of processed American cheese… dos please (with my Spanish accent)! The lettuce was nice, because it added a nice crunch ;) On the side you get a heavenly helping of crispy, golden, perfectly salted fries (chips for the Brits). I will definitely be returning to the Golden Arches… lol

Sloooooooow! This is not even the half of it!

Came here a bunch of times before heading to the theme parks in the morning. Drive thru breakfasts are nothing to complain about. Quick and easy peasy. What is there to complain about?
The service is quick and friendly. Food is the same as any other McDonalds. If you take your reciept to the gift shop next door, you get a free gift. We never did it but we assume it’s a nice perk… even if it’s just a pen.
