La Vida Health Club

I had a fantastic experience during and after running the Dopey at this spa. My husband and I decided to stay at Coronado Spring while running as the hotel 1. has the largest hot tub and 2. has a spa on site.
While the prices at the spa are a little pricey, I found a coupon online when booking a half hour and an hour massage at the same time. Since they are a third party company, they were able to take my reservations a year in advance (unlike the rest of Disney). So far in advance, I was able to get the exact times I wanted based around the races.
I booked the half hour massage for after the half marathon and the hour massage after the marathon. Both experiences were excellent — heated massage tables, heated towels, etc. While I didn’t have the same therapist both times, they were both professional. I was seen promptly upon arrival. This mattered as I didn’t want to sit too long after the races. They listened to how and where I wanted to be massaged in my legs and back to try and recover the quickest from the races. I give a lot of credit to that half hour massage helping me get ready for the marathon the next day!
