Elite Nails & Day Spa

My wife went to this nail place and said the place is clean and has good staff. She had to wait a bit to be taken care of but she says it was well worth it. She’ll definitely want to go back again!

Some of the gel equipment looked a little dirty. The spa equipment was cleaned between customers.

The staff wee friendly and efficient. They all spoke in English clearly. I had gotten a gel Mani and Pedi the price was better and less expensive than other places we had called and visited. The basics is very inexpensive too. My daughter got her mani and pedi too, she was very happy. The cost for kids is much cheaper.
Overall experience: 4.5 stars we would go here again… They had many choices in service and colors for the nail and spa services.

I went to elite salon after I called to make an appointment I was told I could come right in. When I arrived I was not greeted until about 5 minutes. I was seated & told to pick my color but was not attended to at all. I left after about 30 minutes. Literally the worst service I ever received. I decided to not spend my money at this salon.

The BEST mani/​pedi I ever had. I’m from Miami and this experience makes me want to drive up just for this. The Elite Pedi is a must (or go bigger).

Terrible service. Had an appointment at 5:30 for two pedicures. Although they started one of us right away, the guy stopped after 5 minutes to do someone else’s pedicure fix. Second pedicure didn’t even start until 5:50. Almost 7 before we left. Good thing– we never have to come back.

Very relaxing and comfortable environment. Called around 1pm for 2:00pm appt for my husband and I and no problem, got right in.
We both had the Hot Stone pedicure which comes with a glass of wine. Wonderful! Would definitely return here next time we are in town.

I love going here! Everyone who works here is super nice and friendly. The service is fantastic as well. I had gone to a few other places in the area before this, but will never go anywhere else again!
I get my nails done on a regular basis and they always take the time to make sure everything is done right and looks great. I get compliments all the time! Their pedicures are better than any other place in the area. I always spend a little more to get more than just the basic pedicure and it is definitely worth the extra money.
A long as I live I the area I will be going to elite nails for all of the high quality services they offer!

Live in Massachusetts and found this place driving around. Best pedicure I’ve ever had! I walked all around Magic Kingdom yesterday so my heals were looking a little gross and Julie saved the day! She was friendly and very detailed orientated on her job! My cousin had to wait a little bit to get her nails done but in my mind that just means more than just me like this place! I recommend it to all but especially you out of towners looking for a great place for a quick mani/​pedi experience! Thanks again Julie! See you in October when I come back for my next vacation!

Great prices for the area. $ 20 pedis and $ 30 mani pedis it’s a nice place with friendly staff and quality work. Don’t believe the $$$ this place has really good prices. Any other Orlando nail salon will charge at least $ 25 for a basic pedi! Great variety of colors

I really wish I could review the actual nail tech, rather than the salon because my actual tech wasn’t too bad, but the experience overall, was not great.
While in Florida for a wedding, my mom, grandmother, and myself, were looking for a last minute place to get a mani/​pedi for the big day (had to talk Gma into it, but finally got her on board!). I pulled out my trusty Unilocal app and found NOTHING with good reviews near where I was staying in Kissimmee. I finally found Elite nails, which was a little bit of a hike, but we ventured over so we could get a couple of hours of pampering.
First, the place was a bit too hot and sticky for me. I really don’t want to get up from my pedi chair with sweat marks on the back of my shorts. Eeek. Second, the male/​female duo who were working their magic on our tootsies were fighting, not in English, but we knew they were because the female spoke under her voice in english shortly after, «enough already, geez!» The male sort of took it out on my mom’s feet, as she said he became a little too aggressive after. Aggressiveness and sharp tools near your feet do not mix!
Luckily, the mani and pedi I received were pretty good. The nail tech I had, again was good. The «ill tempered tech» told my tech to watch his elbows while they sat beside each other. Whoa! Can we say hostile work environment? Yikes! They did clean the footbaths really well, however, instead of wiping/​disinfecting the mani-​tables down, they used their handheld fan to clean off the dust before they took care of our nails.
I was able to score a «check-​in» deal of 10% off, so that was good. If I were in the Kissimmee area again, I would try to steer clear. Hopefully my nail tech will take his talent to a better salon elsewhere.

Nice place. Clean. A bit older place but they were careful and courteous. Pedicures were awesome, but a bit expensive. Staff spoke decent English and were very good at customer service. Place does smell a bit funny.
