I was a little skeptical trying a new place but I ended up getting the best haircut I’ve had. A gentleman by the name Marcus, excellent service and skill. and very funny. He listened to my wants and concerns and helped me make the right choice in style. I definitely will return.

Love the personalized service from Ebtisam, and everyone in the salon is friendly. She’s consistent, and it’s the only salon that I have found locally that can give a good blow dry! Also the only place to get threading locally. I’m a satisfied regular customer! I would give it 5 stars if they did a bit of cosmetic work to the shop itself, which isn’t the most modern, but has the necessities.

Went to Top Cuts for the first and last time today. My hair looked better before I walked in, than when I left.

Had my first haircut at this place. I was not sure to go to this place but after reading the comments, I really wanted to try it. Jamal took care of me very well and did a really good job.

I go see these guys every time I’m town. They do a great job and are very plesent. Give them a visit. You’ll be glad you did.

Do not go to this place especially for a shave. Worst I ever had and cut in several places. The people who run it are scary and purposely talk arabic so you have no idea what they are saying.

Blanca is the best. I spent 6 hours at the pool and afterwards my hair felt like hay, so I needed something to restore my hair to how it used to be. Came here for keratin. Highly recommend her and I’ll be back again :)

I just went here on a whim. The stylists are really friendly. Sam did a great job on my hair, while multitasking a pedicure and manicure.

They will never get my business again. Ibtisam was late, lied about why she was late, and gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I asked for a few layers and only 2 inches off the bottom. She took 5 inches off and gave me four layers. How do I know it was four layers? Because each layer was about half an inch apart and not blended. The front was uneven. The right side reached my shoulders and the left side went up to my chin. There were huge holes the back that were noticeable from a couple of feet away. When I dried my hair at home (since it was going to cost 20 dollars just for her to dry it in the salon) it was greasy yet still flaky because of the product she put in my hair. When I went to get my money back she argued with me and tried to tell me that the haircut was exactly what I asked for. A gentleman who I’m assuming is the owner took one look at my hair and gave me all of my money back. I used it to get my hair fixed at another place, but my hair was so bad that she couldn’t totally fix it without giving me a pixie cut, which I didn’t end up getting but she didn’t end up getting. Ibtisam was horrible and I will never step foot near that salon again.

Hubs was overdue for a haircut so I searched Unilocal for the nearest barber. Top Cuts was the highest rated so I decided to take him there. The little shopping center seemed a little sketch, but upon entering the barbers were very friendly. They did a good job on my husbands haircut and I will force, I mean take him back next time he’s due for one.

My husband was very pleased with the haircut he got here.

Came to get a mens cut. Jamal was my barber and did a great job! His attention to detail was awesome, using a straight blade to get the edges just right. The place is local so don’t expect a spa or the feel of a chain. I’ll definitely be back to see Jamal for my next cut!

I moved to central Florida just before Christmas 2012 and have tried different salons each time I’ve gotten a hair cut. Sam nailed it. She was the only stylist to actually style my hair. The other stylists cut my hair straight across and missed the mark. I asked for a common cut. I’ll definitely go back.
I like that I can get nails as well.

I went here with my family and everyone was very pleased with their haircuts. Everyone was very friendly. They have a separate side that serves men and woman.

I’ve been coming to Top Cuts for about 6 months now and, for the price, I haven’t found anything better in the Kissimmee area.
My haircut is $ 15 + tip and, while the stylists don’t all speak the best of English, they listen and do a nice job of what you ask. I particularly liked this places because of the gracious and friendly manner they greet and thank their patrons, and because they used a straight edge to shape you up (a personal favorite of mine).
It’s not the most modern salon in Orlando, but the creature comfots are there and I appreciate the televisions in the waiting area and they one I can watch in the mirror from my chair while my hair is cut.
If you need a haircut in Kissimmee, I say give these guys a shot. The price is sure right compared to all these other $ 35+ per haircut salons in Orlando. 4 stars.
