I had a very nice dinner. The staff was friendly. The food was very good. As a chain restaurant, they have stepped up there food quality over the years. I am manager at CCF and I know good food.

Yuk! We are never coming back! Pizza was greasy, pasta was bland. We have been to a Carrabbas before, and it was just ok, this time it was bad. Go local

Carrabas is decent but nothing stands out. Good service but my spaghetti and meatballs were awful decent salads. Good bread nice wine selection but nothing stands out as a gotta have item.

Went there last night great choice on our part. There are 10 of us we got there just before the crowds and were seated at a long hi top bar tap. Great atmosphere super waitress. The mussels for an app was 4.5 stars. Calamari was a strong 3. Meatballs app another 4.5. A slight delay on the calamari and the chef came to the table to apologize nice touch. The food. Salmon excellent. Steak. Very good. Lasagna superb. Chicken Marsala times two 4.5. Half price drinks till 7 pm woo hoo. All and all we will be back

Overall food was ok, but broccoli was mushy and overly seasoned.

Great service. Never had to ask for or wait for anything. Great food. We didn’t have anything special — spaghetti and a couple of appetizers. Great prices. The lowest we have seen in Florida yet.

Pretty Good for a chain restaurant. The dipping oil for the bread is delicious and They have gluten free pasta options which is great!

I’m not always the biggest fan of chain restaurants, but for a chain restaurant I think Carrabba’s is pretty darn good. My brother lives in Texas and they don’t have Carrabba’s where he lives so it is frequently a request of his to dine here when he is in town. So we met my brother here the other night. It was happy hour so I started with the blackberry Sangria which was outstanding. During happy hour you get the small carafe for the price of a glass. The bread here is also so excellent, especially when it is hot. It comes with olive oil with spices for dipping. With your meal you get a choice of soup or salad. I’ve had the lentil soup before and it’s not bad, but I usually go for one of the salads. You can get a house salad, chopped salad or Caesar salad. I went for the Caesar. It’s hard to go wrong with a Caesar. Now, what we ordered was not on the menu, but it has been in the past and they were more than willing to make it for us. My mom and I like to order and split the chicken trio. This comes with 3 small chicken breasts. 1 chicken marsala, 1 chicken rosa maria, and 1 chicken bryan. My mom eats the chicken marsala. I eat the chicken rosa maria which has prosciutto and cheese, and then we split the chicken bryan which has sundried tomatoes and goat cheese. Each entrée is served with a side such as pasta with marinara or spicy sauce, mashed potatoes, asparagus, or fettuccine alfredo. We had cavatappi pasta with plain marinara. Desserts here are also quite good though I we did not partake on this occasion. Our service was friendly and prompt, but I did notice that there was quite a wait when we were leaving at 7:30pm on a Wednesday.

Firstly, great service. Our waiter was very friendly and helpful. We got some complimentary bread, to start off with. The herbs and oil combination for dipping was lovely. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and onions. Freshly cooked and extremely hot. My wife ordered a ravioli dish. All was delicious. For drinks we had fresh lemonade — as good as any I’ve tasted. We drank the last and moved onto pink lemonade. We didn’t order these, but they offered them to us. And it turns out the refills were free. I wasn’t aware of any offers we accidentally stumbled upon, but they even offered us drinks to go. Had I have realised they were on the house I may well have had one! All round great food and great price. Coming back soon.

Great food and service! The calamari is always good here. We had good soup too. The asparagus wrapped with Fontina cheese and prosciutto is my new favorite! There is a drizzle of balsamic on the plate for extra goodness!

The Monday menu prices were very decent. A meal with an appetizer or dessert, soup or salad, and an entrée starting from $ 12.99! Quite a few options to choose from. I started off with the calamari, followed by a Caesar salad, and ended it off with a breaded shrimp and scallop wood grilled. My husband ordered the stuffed mushroom caps, house salad, and chicken with goat cheese. All the food was good but unfortunately everything was ridiculously salty! Man I had to have a jug of water to accompany my meal. BUT I have to say we have experienced salty food a lot here in Orlando Florida. So I’m not sure if that’s the going rate on the salt-o-metre. Overall, the service was fantastic, food options were great, and the salt was not skimped on!

Came here with my family while on vacation. I must admit the service was spectacular and the food delicious. I like that they point out to feel free and ask for substitutions/additions because the food is made fresh to order. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Since this is a chain that I assume most have been to, I’ll just say that the service at this particular location is great. We were the only party sitting outside on the patio, and the staff was very attentive to the impending rain, coming out quickly to lower the shades to keep us from getting wet. Our server was very good too.

Three years after my original review and Carrabbas continues to wow us with their food and service. Our server went above and beyond for us yesterday. Besides friendly and timely service, I was having trouble deciding which flavor of their sangria to order… so instead of just telling me what her favorite was, she brought me a sample of each. All were delicious, but I decided to go with the peach. Everything else we ordered was perfect down to the pepperoni pizza my kids shared from the children’s menu and the complimentary basket of bread with dipping oil. Thank you Carrabbas for being so awesome. Keep up the good work!

OK, so it just doesn’t seem right to give 5 stars to a chain. But when the restaurant earns it, I have to give it. We have a party of 9 on a Friday night. Sounds like a long wait, right? Nope. 20 minutes. Also, they have call ahead seating here, so be sure to use it. Minimal wait on arrival, seated quickly and we were greeted quickly by our server. And then the fun began, because a different server came right after that and introduced himself. We chuckled a bit, but he explained that he and a partner would be working together on our table for the evening. So we figured two is better than one, right… well it got better than that. One took our drink order, the other brought the drinks, then the first was back with bread. They did a great job explaining the menu and were as confident as to say, «Once you taste Carrabba’s, you’ll never go to the OG again.» All right, game on. The service kept on getting better. As our regular team kept our glasses full and constantly checked on our needs, our salads and soups came up, and another member of the team brought them to us. Our regular servers brought another round of bread and refills. Then when our meals came up, two more servers brought our meals. The food was always hot and fresh when they brought it. Never had anything stood under a heat lamp waiting on other parts of the meal… or on the server to come get it. The team worked extremely well together. High praise for that… the teamwork is rare, great job to the staff here! The two servers who were our regular guys were both very engaging and seamless in conversation with us. Really enjoyed having them and talking about the area. As for the food, I had the Pollo Rosa Maria which is available in both a small and large size. I opted for the small size, which was perfect for me. The asparagus was a small extra charge, but also worth it. Very tender. Might have had a little too much salt and pepper for some, but perfect for me. If you are watching your salt, or don’t go for the pepper you might ask them to dial it back a bit. The chicken was moist and juicy, not underdone or overdone, but perfect. And I am a big fan of the basil lemon butter sauce and prosciutto. Healthy… maybe not so much… so don’t ask, just enjoy. So good food, great service, great teamwork by the staff, a great experience. So yes, it is a chain, but this one deserves and earns 5 stars from me.

Absolutely great food and the service was phenomenal. Clearly is a popular place because it was packed at 6:30pm! We went for dinner and I had the Monday special that came with an appetizer or dessert, soup or salad and a choice of 8 different entrees. I had the shrimp and scallop linguini with vodka sauce and I devoured the whole thing! I wish I would have eaten more bread with it but I was trying to be polite. For dessert I had the mascarpone one with raspberries and it was quite tasty. My companion had the chicken parm and she got 2 huge pieces of chicken with pasta. She could only eat one of them. Great meal at a great price. Can’t wait to go back.

Carrabba’s is a classic when it comes to Italian chain restaurants. At this particular location, we had a great experience. We had to wait about 35′ for a table(they had told us it would be an hour) so it wasn’t that bad. Chelsea, our server was delightful. Very attentive and nice. Our food wee delicious but it didn’t come at the same time. We didn’t really mind cause we weren’t in a hurry. However, when the manager brought our last dish(which wasn’t on the menu but they made it anyways) he treated us to some desserts… JACKPOT! I’d definitely come back next time I’m in the Orlando area(the restaurant is actually in Kissimmee).

My wife and I had a gift card for here and we decided to do Take out last Monday. Their Monday deal is absolutely worth it. We got 2 apps, 2 main courses, and a cannoli all under $ 40. It was a ton of food. For being take out, the food’s quality was still great when we got home. They have driver side service so I don’t even need to leave my car. I’ve always had pleasant experiences at this location.

I would give it 5 stars pre-remolded. Just a little something missing. You get less herbs on your plate for your bread and olive oil. They don’t even have the bottle there for you on each table unlike times past. The portions have gotten smaller but the price points have actually gone up. Hopefully the quality will stay steady. It’s much better then an Olive Garden though for sure.

While this review won’t represent all Carrabas, I am reviewing the experience I just had here. We stopped in for a quick lunch because this location is open Saturdays and Sundays for lunch. The parking lot was almost empty. The second we walked in the door we were hit with a foul odor. My boyfriend described it as a dirty wet dog. I thought it smelled like the places had been mopped with a mop that had sat in dirty water for a week. Most of the staff was sitting at the bar and looked at us like we were intruders. There were already customers so it wasn’t like we were the first ones there. We did get seated right away and our server came over quickly. We reviewed the menu and found that they didn’t offer a lunch menu. Everything was from their full priced dinner menu. I can’t review the food this time because we decided not to stay. We may go back again some time for dinner, but we won’t stay if it still smells as bad as it did.
