I came here to bring some unwanted gifts back as a return. The line for checkout was winding back past the jewelry counter. When we finally were helped by someone I announced that I needed to return some items and it was let met with an audible sigh and an eye roll. I asked her if it was such an annoyance if someone else could help me, and I think there was some sort of a half assed apology in her mentioning that she’s not familiar.
Anyways, went to the next person and the manager was with her. I explained that the other woman had issues with being polite and they shoved a 5 off paper across the counter. First of all, I wasn’t saying it to get money. Second, the manager never apologized, and last, seriously, $ 5?
Will never go here again. I’m giving my store credit to someone in hopes they never get treated as rudely as I was today.
