Giving it 5 Stars. The ice cream besides the cool way it’s made, you have endless options of what flavors to get. Nutella, Coconut milk and coconut flakes, and bam!!! Tastes like an Almond Joy Ice cream. It’s a great place for kids, pleasant to hang out. But what truly made me give Abracadabra 5 stars… The Pizza. If you like New York style pizza, give them a shot, the only thing is you have to get a whole pie. The staff was very friendly too. Just a great place to go.

Customer service is superb. Mom got strawberry banana and pecans. She loved it. It’s priced so reasonably. I got Oreos w coffee. It was so good but to sweet for this tooth of mine at this time. But I really did enjoy it then I had the sugar high. Kids play area is a nice bonus.

Good ice cream, fun final food outcome, who knew liquid nitrogen ice cream was a thing?! Lower rating because although ice cream is good the lines and menu a little confusing. Also, Orlando is an entertainment capital — with such a unique product and process, the staff and manager /owner should be entertaining, explaining, etc. to customers… not serving with the lack of enthusiasm we experienced.

Cute little shack with amazing ice cream. I was excited to see how they made it. Very interesting! I only wish they had a sit down area inside so when you have an ice cream crave in winter months, you can go here and have good ice cream while trying to stay warm! Ha, how’s that?

The concept is cool. The ice cream was a clumpy version of dippin dots. It tasted okay, but not unforgettable. Probably would not return.

Our 2nd time here this week. We just couldn’t resist. The ice cream is made right in front of you with liquid nitrogen. It is fascinating to watch and wonderful to eat.

This is a great place to have ice cream with the family. You choose your mix ins(they have a really good variety) and watch while they prepare it in front of you. Their staff is very friendly, and there is a backyard area where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream.

This place is amazing and totally worth the drive. The staff and owner are extremely friendly and patient as you sort through the different toppings! Prices are fair and reasonable for the portion sizes and quality of the product. Bounce houses are a nice touch as well!

I love how the ice cream is made right in front of you. It’s one of two places in Orlando where I can get cinnamon ice cream. YUMMO.

This place has charm for a side of the rode drive by. Its such a creative idea. Nitro and icecream what more could you want but Paul Walker serving you(R.I.P). The workers are charming and seem to like their job, they dont mind a friendly snap chat session as smoke billows over the bowls of cream creations, its magical. I would recommend for a cute and novelty first date. Share some chili cheese fries and sweet treats. The quality of the ice cream is fantastic. Also if you have kids there’s a bounce house in the rear to help them work off their sugar highs. Overall I def recommend.

Awesome experience for kids of all ages! Your ices cream is made to order in front of you with your ingredients then hit with liquid nitrogen and whisked into a heavenly ice cream to complete the show. For the kids there are games and bounce houses when they’re done feasting.

The ice cream was delicious but it melted so fast. I love the concept of how the ice cream was made. Did something like this in chemistry class in high school. We enjoyed our visit. The experience of it all was totally worth it. It wasn’t that expensive either. Something like this in New York would have cost double. Bounce houses in the back kept the kids distracted. Play at your own risk though.

After a shopping trip nearby, I was craving something sweet so I pulled up Unilocal in search of ice cream and found this place. First off they don’t have a parking lot, you park on the side street. Not a problem as I found a space easily. Second thing I noticed as I walked in is their menu has an extensive list of toppings. I opted to create my own instead of one of their creations– Red velvet, Nutella and graham crackers. A small with up to 3 toppings cost less than 4 bucks. I watched as they used liquid cream with liquid nitrogen to turn my creation into ice cream. Pretty neat for my first experience at an ice cream place that uses liquid nitrogen. It satisfied my craving and I was happy. Fun place for kids and I can see it would be a great place for birthday parties.

So after hearing such great reviews about this place… my best friend and I decided to give it a try. First I was really pleased to read on the menu board that they could make lactose free ice cream! They then take the ingredients and mix it with liquid nitrogen to freeze it instantly to create the smoothest ice cream you ever had. When we walked up to the counter we told the young lady helping us it was our first time there and she gave a great big smile and explained everything about their ice cream to us. Awesome! I told her about lactose issues and she helped me through the best choices for me. She was lactose free also so it helped a lot explaining that the ice cream can be made with almond milk instead of cream. In the end I picked strawberry banana and then she suggested a Nutella drizzle. Boy that was a good decision. Loved every bite.

I have ound true love and it is cream mixed with nitrogen… Abracadabra is truly a magical word… It is so sad that I had to hear about this local gem from a friend that visited from back home in St. Louis when they posted a video on Facebook but after putting off visiting my bff and I finally decided to see what the magic ice cream was all about. First off this place has everything your family needs, snacks like hot dogs, chips and pizzas. Hand made ice cream and then a bounce house for kids under 12 and some classic video arcade games like Ms. PAC man! You line and then when an employee is a available they call you up and the magic begins. For the ice cream you choose your size, small or large and what mix-ins you want or pick a recipe off the wall! I chose the Reeses Explosion, peanut butter cup, fudge and peanut butter. When the young lady mixed it all together my mind was blown! Then when you take that first bite your taste buds can’t believe just how creamy the ice cream is. I can’t wait to share this with my other friends and family when they come to visit. A new favorite for sure. So many flavors, so little time…

Had the large red velvet and it was amazing. My only recommendation is that the seating and play area where the moon bounces and playhouse are should be smoke free.

I’m an ice cream fanatic and always searching for the best ice cream so I was thrilled to find Abracadabra in downtown Kissimmee. It’s a charming little spot with a large outdoor covered patio with picnic tables and bounce houses for the kids but the real show is the one put on by the staff that makes your ice cream right before your eyes using liquid nitrogen. This is something for kids of all ages to enjoy. They offer several creations, which they call«Suggestions» as well as you can choose toppings and make your own. Both creations we had were awesome. great flavor, sweet but not overly so, and very creamy. I was worried when I saw the consistency that it would be icy but it was actually quite creamy. We ordered small cups for $ 3.75 and they were plenty(I usually order 2 scoop cups and this was almost equal in size). — Midnight Craving: was like the marriage of Oreo cookies and cream ice cream with Cookie Dough Ice cream joined together by Nutella. Match made in heaven! It had cookie dough balls, Oreo cookies and Nutella in a Vanilla cream base. — Rise N Shine was like having my favorite caramel macchiato coffee and chocolate swirled together in a delicious ice cream. Coffee, Fudge and Caramel is sure to wake you up. You get free ice cream on your birthday so you can guarantee I will be celebrating at Abracadabra! In Kissimmee, there is no better ice cream and such a fun experience!

When i heard about going to get ice cream after a hot day i had a smile on my face. When i found out the place we were going to made their ice cream using LIQUIDNITROGEN i was as excited as a kid in a bounce house(which they happen to have as well!) Never have i ever been to a place that made their homemade ice cream using this technique but after visiting this place i can only wonder why i havent seen other places use this gimmick as well! With numerous ice cream flavor options the combinations are truly endless! I elected to create my own and choose what i love the best: chocolate ice cream, oreos, heath toffee & caramel. My server quickly got the ingredients, placed them in the bowl, proceeded to walk over to the HUGE silver container behind him and ABRACADABRA … liquid nitrogen ice cream! Honestly one of the coolest treats i have ever had & well needed on a hot day. This really did the trick to cool us down. I shared mines with the misses but we finished it so fast i went back in line and ordered another one! The staff here is super friendly and i loved the fact that they blast 50s-60s themed music which added to the nostalgic family feel. Plus they serve food, have video games & bounce houses which will help entertain the kids for hours! Next time your in kissammee, be sure to stop by with the kids & have yourselves a one of a kind treat !

It’s a real pleasure to stop by a neighborhood gem like Abracadabra! I always wanted to check out what tasty treats they had to offer, but never had the chance. Finally, during one sweltering FL afternoon, my bf took me here for an afternoon treat. Upon entering, it was pretty awesome to see how this place just embraced a former garage and transformed it into a family friendly hangout spot. There were indoor arcade games, plenty of outdoor benches, swing sets, and bounce houses. Anyway, the hardest part about ordering at Abracadabra is choosing which 3 toppings you want most in your cup. If one is completely stumped in their decision making, then he or she can just look at the suggestion board for some awesome flavor combos. After making our selections, we watched the associate start with liquid cream that ended up forming into solid ice cream in mere minutes. So unique! Definitely worth your time if you like ice cream or bounce houses! :)
