Ben and Jerry’s

While it was nice of the owner to contact me and try to resolve the issue, it appears that it was just a bunch of bullshit. Said he would send me gift cards to come give them another chance and it’s been months and still nothing. Don’t get me wrong — it has absolutely nothing to do with getting anything in return or getting gift cards, (we have 2 loaded gift cards my boyfriend received as a gift) it’s about the integrity of this owner for saying one thing and not following through. Real classy I’ll stick with cold stone from now on.

Ben and Jerry ice cream is always delicious. The ice cream is good and pretty standard through all locations so this is strictly on the staff here. The staff members were friendly and allowed for all samples we wanted.

Ben and Jerrys is an amazing ice cream branch!!! They have all the typical flavors you would find in the store and more! They also offer sherbet and frozen yogurt. The best part about this place is the fact that they make fresh waffle cones on the spot! The aroma fills the air and it’s just wow!!! My favorite ice cream here is cotton candy, it’s delicious! But if you like chocolate go for fish food! Caramel, marshmallow and chocolate ice cream with chocolate chunks that look like fish. It’s fantastic, they also make fresh cookies and brownies and offer banana splits! Staff is friendly too! All in all a great place to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Ben and Jerry’s is basically the only ice cream I will eat. The employees are really nice, the last time I went I ordered two scoops of two different flavors and we had mis-​communication and the guy put the wrong flavor on it. I told him he could just scrape it off and put the right one on top and it wouldn’t matter, but nope he just started a whole new one. i thought that was nice and shows that they actually care about their customers experience.
They send out coupons for buy one get one free which is the time to go because it can get pretty expensive for two people.

Very disappointed with the «banana split» that I ordered; expected a choice of toppings like in dairy queen or carvel, but Ben & jerrys apparently does not offer toppings and to top it all, no cherries”. I would never order it again and besides they took way too long to make. I will be going to the competition the next time.

Didn’t help the ice cream woman had a condescending attitude.
Ordered a chocolate ice cream on a cone because I’m very adventurous and got out of there. 5 dollars for a small scoop and cone? Did I miss the happy ending? Then why so much? The ice cream wasn’t that good and you can get better flavor and MORE ice cream at Cold Stone. I think I’ll stick to them and not Ben and Jerry’s.

I was not an ice cream fan. I preferred frozen yogurt. But my partner liked sweet stuff.
So we went here after dinner. I had a tiny bite of my partner’s tiny cup. Way too sweet for me. That’s $ 2.49 of a tiny cup. I could have sampled the same size easily at all yogurt stores.
Looking at the price list, there was one item for $ 2.49 (tiny cup), one for $ 2.99, and one for $ 3.99. Everything else was $ 4.99 and above. Banana split was $ 6.67. WTF!!!
I got to use free WiFi from nearby stores…
So diners, I can resist ice cream easily. And definittely not for this price. Same for Starbuck. Ridiculous. Can you?

I would have given a five except that they charge you extra for whipped cream. I got the new flavor «Jimmy Fallon’s Late Night Snack» which I had only seen on TV before. It was very good, it had vanilla bean ice cream with salty carmarl swirl and chocolate covered potato chips. Even though there was a decent line it moved quickly and I would go again.

Who doesn’t love some Ben and Jerry’s. They have all the yummy popular flavors like Chunky Monkey, and Cherry Garcia. Staff is nice and prices are on par with other locations.

Be ready for a wait we went on a saturday they had one older lady working and one young girl staring at the stars. After 40 minutes in line, which extended outside and around, I found out they were all out of Waffle cones. I was able to get some cherry garcia though on a regular cone :) Not the experience I wanted for a first time, but I will give it another try.

Generally I enjoy Ben & Jerry’s but on this occasion, it was just OK.
Yesterday was «Free Cone Day» and because I am such a beleiver in checking out anything free, I was very excited to get a cone before heading back into work.
At first it seemed to be great, the store was not busy, there were kids standing around outside with their ice creams and then I walked in. There was a table just inside the door with a DJ blasting music so loud it was uncomfortable. For the noise level, DJ should have been positioned outside.
Ordering my ice cream was a whole nother story. The poor guy behind the counter had no clue what ice creams were what. I asked a simple question about what was inside of one of the ice creams and he couldn’t answer the question. There were no flavor labels on the coolers which was not normal and quite annoying. The guy said he was new and had to check with the other woman working there. I was told the ice cream in question had chocolate chunks and caramel, no peanut butter. He failed to mention coconut. UGH, I HATE COCONUT! But the cone was free so I ended up eating it.
Apparently I could have had a taste but was not informed that was an option. I did have a lovely conversation with another woman outside while eating my yucky coconut infused ice cream. Maybe if I had known ahead of time I could have tried a different flavor.
I wouldn’t say FREE CONE DAY was a bust, it was ok. I guess I’ll have to go back when I’m actually a paying customer to make a better evaluation of this place.
