Nice people, slow service. The counter clerk was pleasant and the other employees seemed nice enough. No issues there. However, I ordered a single bag of Cinnamon Twists and it took about 3 minutes to deliver, regardless of the fact that there were about 20 pre-made bags about 10 ft behind the counter. I understand that they have a system and that they have to go in a certain order, to maximize workflow, but when 3 different employees walked by the Cinnamon Twists seemingly without a goal it seems a little silly.

What is the point of customizing my order if the staff refuses to honor it? On my receipt, I have highlighted three things that I asked for(and they were obviously captured) that they flat out got wrong. #1 — Mini chicken quesadilla with no chipotle sauce… it had chipotle sauce(extra, I’d even say). #2 — Crunchy taco supreme… they gave me a crunchy taco fresco. #3 — Soft taco with no lettuce… it had heaps of lettuce in it. Why ask me to review and confirm my order on the screen at the drive-thru? Beyond frustrating.

Glad this shut down, what a poor customer and horrible food. The last time I got crunchy loco tacos, they were soggy, when I called them to report they hung up on me.
