So, i was in the drive through, ordered a milkshake and a jack spicy chicken on sourdough bread. the cashier in the drivethru was a bit rude but i didnt really care because i just wanted to get back to work. however after i got my order, i checked it, like i always do. this time the bread on my sandwich was not cooked not toasted, not how it is every other time i order it. so i backed up and asked Mahan, if he could please make my sammy again cuz the bread isnt toasted and he agreed and a minute later he handed me another sammy, so i opened the box to check and it was the same sammy. so i asked him like what is this. is this a joke? and he said dont be mad at him he didnt make my food. i said its okay but i can please just get my money back and he told me no. so i said i wanted to speak to the manager and he said there was no manager there, so i said well i want my money back and he refused again, and then he SCREAMED at me, i don’t even know what he said because he screamed so loud. so i asked him his name and refused to give it to me and i asked for my money back and this time he asked for my receipt and i asked his name again and he still refused so i looked at the receipt and saw his name, Mahan, and then he got my money and before handing me my money back he said I was going to get him fired and didnt respond and he hands me my money and as i drive way he SCREAMS at me again calling me an Idiot. WOW, great customer service right. I hardly ever follow up with complaints but I will definitely be following up with the store manager about this individual MAHAN.

The«kids» working were very rude to my group. And when I took my child to the bathroom to change him the bathroom looked like a truck stop that had not been clean in weeks. Then to my surprise I can’t change my child in the bathroom. So I had to change my child on a table where someone most likely ate at afterwards.

2:00 am. You’re hungry. Places that are open? Jack in the Box. You make the stop, creeping through the drive through with other late night hungerers to receive your greasy offering. Let’s face it, Jack in the Box has never been about good food, it has been about fast, reliable, satisfaction of a starving stomach. When your drive through trip takes 15 minutes due to slow service, you have to knock it down a star or two. Doesn’t mean you won’t surface here again next time it’s 2:00 am and you’re hungry.

Maybe its just this branch but i leave annoyed everytime i hit up the drive through. They got this scripted routine where they ask specificly what drink what fries etc. I find this very tedious and slow moving. I get they are just assuring my order stay correct but when im asked my order and say can i get a «number 3 large sized w/curley fries and a coke» i still get ask what drink then what frie and what size… cant they just repeat what i ask for since they got the digital screen telling me if they heard me?

Well. I used to come to this location often when I lived in kirkland around five ears ago. It used to be pretty awesome. Great service, quick and friendly and the orders were always right. I’m sad to say this is no longer the case based on tonight’s experience. I just got off a wonderful 17 hour shift and I didn’t want to cook when I got home so I hit this location up thinking it would be quick and tasty. Not the case. My husbands order was fine. Mine was what was wrong. Shocker. I ordered a jumbo Jack with cheese and no pickles. I repeated no pickles. The nice girl in the window repeated it back and I checked the screen. No pickles. Low and behind there were pickles on my burger. Ok I’ll pick it off who cares. But then I took a couple of bites and I tasted something not belonging. It was bacon. But not like they put bacon on my burger as a wonderful surprise but it was two or three pieces(not strips) of bacon scattered on my burger. Giving me the feeling that they weren’t cleaning their line as orders came through and this got scooped into my order. It tastes nice but that impression is not the greatest. I’ll try this location again but it’ll be awhile and maybe not at night for maybe the night crew isn’t the a team here.

Use to work in the area and went there several times over the course of the last 3 years. Don’t know what it is about this location but the service is so bad I eventually stopped going. Long waits and screwed up orders about 50% of the time. Never saw the same drive thru person twice and most of the time they acted like it was their first night on the job. My favorite experience was the time I ordered a milkshake and you could tell from moaning noise coming from the shake machine the ice cream was way to frozen. She spent 5 minutes trying to fill the cup before the motor on the machine finally caught fire and smoke starting pouring out of it.

Worst service ever. My order is incorrect every time I come and at my most recent visit we all sat in drive through for almost 15 minutes before we even got our order. Either shut it down or hire better management

We went through the drive thru before midnight on a Friday night, and it wasn’t too busy. But as we were ordering, the guy kept rushing us and cutting us off mid-sentence asking, «is that everything?» We pulled around the corner to the window to find the kid talking in his cell phone. Naturally he screwed up our order and had the audacity to say that we didn’t actually say what we wanted to order. Maybe if he wasn’t talking over us the entire time he would have heard it. He was accusing us of the mistake instead of taking any sort of responsibility. It took 5 additional minutes to clarify the order, and they didn’t give us a receipt when we left so they ended up charging us for food we didn’t want.

This Jack in the Box is always fast, clean, and good for. I get my monies worth. I eat here about once a month. I like to try their new menu items. I really like the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich, great change from the Burger but I will always Love the Sourdough Bacon Burger. This Jack in the Box is one of the best fast food places I regularly go to and I eat way too much fast food.

We are a sucker for their new Breakfast Burritos. My family is fairly well divided with some of us preferring the meat lovers and the premium one(includes hash browns) for the others. Some of us even like the 2 tacos as part of our breakfast.

Not that you should expect much out of fast food, but there should at least be decent service and some consistency in the food served. You will find neither here. This jack in the box is the worst I have been to. The staff is slow and uncaring. The food is slapped together without a second look. I suppose at least it’s cheap and edible.

Considering the DUMPS of fast food in my area, this Jack In The Box has got it covered and I thank them for doing their job and doing it in a clean fashion. Should I be eating this? No. Neither should you. But since I’m going to, I’m going to eat it HERE. At this location because guaranteed they have what I want EVERYTIME I GOTHERE. Unlike two other fast food chains within a mile that I know of owned by Pepsi Co. Drive-thru is always pretty darn quick!

I haven’t been to JITB for years, but I was craving curly fries and buttermilk ranch. So we go. It’s not busy inside. One person ahead of us. Yet we wait a long time and the drive thru isn’t busy either. After waiting for a bit, the counter person was like, what are you waiting for? Are you waiting for an order? Me: *stares in confusion.* no we are hanging out(I didn’t say that but wanted to). Worker: «What did you order?» Long story long, our order was ready and waiting to be bagged. Prior to inquiring what we were doing there, she was cleaning up around the restaurant. Which is great. But then started to bag our food without washing her hands. Um. Anyway, I guess she was new. But it wasn’t good. So I guess there’s a reason not to return or use the drive thru???

I came here to get food using drive thru at 1 am. It was average busy , I ordered two Fish sandwich and the guy told me to wait in the parking for order after I paid. I waited 20 mins and then I went to the drive thru again and the lady now tells me she didn’t know about my order and the guy who took the order didn’t say anything after hearing this and had a cigarette in his hand at the workplace. I asked for refund and she charged my card again and I was like wtf. later she gave my money back in cash & coins. I was just trying to get a bite before I sleep and they made me waste me more than 30 minutes. I had to go to Denny’s to get food.

This is one of the better JITB stores. Your food is prepared quickly and properly. I was annoyed they were out of my light ranch dressing. Some of their English skills are lacking. I think the district manager doesn’t care.
