Easy to donate clothes and there are always new clothes coming in. There is a range of brands that won’t break the bank.

One of the better Kirkland consignment stores! Very good selection. Visual merchandising could be better. I feel like it’s a little messy in there but understand that it’s a small space. The owner seems friendly and always greets me when I walk in which I really appreciate! Not every place does this and I don’t understand. Definitely worth a stop in to see what they have!

Great consignment shop and a lovely location! Place looks great after remodeling and updating the décor. I consign there as well as purchase items and I am never disappointed.

WARNING! NEVER sell your stuff to these people. I just gave them 7 pairs of boots, some being hunter rain boots. All of a sudden they have no record of these and they want to give me back $ 17 after I gave them 7 pairs of designer boots. Oh and I got hung up on after trying to call in. So thanks for robbing me.

Just got an awesome Vince sweater for $ 32! It still had the tags on and is brand new! Best consignment shop I’ve seen!

I have consigned all over the eastside and Seattle and Serendipity is THE only place I’ll work with anymore. Lisa, Jill and Lucie along with everyone else are extremely helpful and friendly. I have come to enjoy a great report with everyone. And as far as pricing goes, from a consignor’s standpoint, Serendipity is the best. I am a tough customer to handle as I have several accounts but they take it all in stride and never make me feel like I’m asking too much. AND, if I need a quick gift or something cute to take on a weekend getaway, I usually like to check Serendipity out first. They carry unique jewelry and have cute, trendy and inexpensive pieces that vary from season to season. Serendipity is in a great location and is fun and easy to shop in. If you’re looking for THE best consignment shop on the Eastside, for women’s fashion, please do yourself a favor and check out Serendipity first.

I have both consigned and shopped at Serendipity and I am a fan of both experiences. Every time I go in, I always find at least 10 things I want to buy. Sure, they may be a little higher priced than other places, but the items they sell are all in great condition and are still cheaper than what I would pay retail. I think the shop is under new ownership now. I went in the other day and it was so well laid out and easy to find things. They are picky with what they will take when you are consigning, but that makes for a better shopping experience. Also, if I don’t have the chance to go in and pick up a check, they always mail them, which is really convenient! The only«negative» I find is that it would be nice to have in-store credit as an option.

SO overpriced! How is it possible to charge more than $ 20 for an out of style dress from Target? I bought that same dress(many seasons ago) and didn’t pay $ 20 when it was brand new. Get with it, Serendipity.

This may be a consignment shop with many things I would buy, but after the experience I’ve had with the employees I will no longer shop or take my things here. The first time I went in when I moved to town I wanted to gather more info on the things they take as I always worked with a consignment shop where I lived previously and had the best experience. I have high end brands I wanted to sell and when I stopped in to ask what they are looking for the woman was extremely rude and short with me. Answering my questions with one word answers. I’m thinking because I was dressed in workout clothes she assumed I didn’t have what she was looking for. I also had my 2 year old son with me who was in his stroller doing nothing wrong. So maybe moms have bad taste? Anyways I decided to just drop some things off there… this time I stopped in without my son and 3 bags full of clothes from Nordstrom. She took all but a few items and was nicer to me this time. Well I just stopped in this past week to get my check… I had my 2 year old with me… and AGAIN this lady was beyond rude. I asked if I could get my items they didn’t sell. and she goes«well they are downstairs and I can’t right now». How inconvenient for me to trek back here with my toddler. She could have told me a time and day that would work best. Or even offer to call me later that day when she had my stuff upstairs so I could swing by. Well she did none of the above or even offered a solution. just«sorry I cant». I also brought 2 more bags of lightly used clothes. all from Nordstrom. and she looked at 3 items and then just says«I’m going to pass on this». Then literally turned around and ignored me. How come I’m treated this way when I bring my toddler with me? I collected my checks and even though I made some money I will NOT bring my business here any longer. I’ll find another consignment store to take my things to and in hopes I’m treated MUCH better than I am here. The worst part is this woman is the owner, and I have no one to complain to about customer service. How sad she is setting this example to her other employees on how to treat customers. Sorry I’m a stay at home mom, hit the gym in the morning and wear workout clothes, but hey I got GREAT taste and in clothes and I will not be bringing them here. Maybe you will learn to not judge people by what they look like or the fact that because they are a mom means they don’t have anything worthwhile.

This store changed hands a few years ago and I’ve seen the inventory become less designer and more used looking. There are still treaures to be found. I got a darling Twill 22 vest for ½ off($ 18) but you really have to dig. I’ve like to see them become more particular and keep prices moderate. The shoe inventory could use some spicing up too. Accessories are average and priced a little high. But since I usually find something I rate this store a 4. You also have to be on the small size to shop here — the largest being an 8 to 10. I’ll be back!

What a fabulous consignment store! My mom and I stopped by a couple of weeks ago and we were like kids in a candy store. The dress selection was particularly robust and fun to browse. The store has a good mix of labels – saw Black House/White Market, Cache, J. Crew, Splendid, Calvin Klein, Seven, Gap, Juicy, Theory, and Diane von Furstenburg just to name a few, as well as lots of good smaller-name, boutique labels. I got a gorgeous, brand new summer dress by Laundry by Shelli Segal for just $ 70(probably $ 250 – 300 brand new!) and a cute summer blouse by Cache for just $ 20. Lots of cute jewelry, bags, and scarves, in addition to the clothing. I’ll definitely be checking back here on a regular basis!
