I called twice earlier in the day and neither time did Schmidty answer his phone. I would have left a message had each time not felt like I had called just some random person… rather than the «professional business» Schmidty advertises his service to be. I would recommend at the very least uttering the name of your company at least ONCE in the voice message. Schmidty eventually called me back, which I initially appreciated. However, after I informed him that I had decided to take my dry cleaning elsewhere (I needed this done fairly quickly and could not afford to wait) he just decided to hang up on me. Not exactly friendly or professional service…

First class service, first class work, Schmidty is at the top of his game! He first offered us his services about 5 years ago at a local apartment community and we have not stopped using him since. In fact, in a recent relocation, we asked him to follow us and offer his services to the new community and his services are blooming. Fast, friendly and accommodating, pamper yourself, it’s a great feeling!

Schmidty has a wonderful business going here. I called him the week of my wedding (having been a scatter brain I forgot to get my things cleaned sooner) and he was very timely and on top of getting my things cleaned and back to me. With his convenient pick-​up and drop-​off right to your house it was one more thing I didn’t have to worry about the week of my big day. Not to mention the pricing was awesome! Thanks so much Schmidty! You’ll be my guy from now on!

Great service. Reasonable prices especially considering I don’t have to deal with picking up and dropping off at the cleaners. My husband takes the clothes to work and they come back magically cleaned and pressed. Such a time saver. We’ve been using Schmidt’s for a couple of years and have never had any problems.

I love the convenience and reliability that goes along with having my clothes cleaned with Schmidty’s! Dry cleaning is picked up and dropped off twice weekly at our apartment in SLU, and I can always count on our clothes to be returned on time and looking fantastic.

I have used Schmidty’s service a few times and I couldn’t be happier. He does a great job on my cloths and he is such a nice, friendly guy with great people skills and he really takes pride in his work. I have found that this kind of service can’t be taken for granted, especially in this rush-​rush society we live in. Oh, and his prices are great, especially considering he picks up and drops off!!! I just take my garments to my apt management office and pick them up in a few days, no hassle, no fuss. Schmidty is now my go to guy for all of my dry cleaning needs.

We’ve been using Schmidty’s delivery service for over 5 years! He picks up our dry cleaning at our house and returns it 2 days later. No trips to the dry cleaners! In addition to clothes, we’ve had comforters and linens picked up and cleaned. He’s very nice guy too!
