I’m pleased with the experience I had a Ford Kirkland; I live in Tacoma and made the 45 mile drive to Kirkland for a 2016 Mustang. I had been shopping for several weeks by that time and Ford Kirkland had the lowest advertised price online. I called to confirm the price, was directed to salesman Nicholas Dent, who was direct and responded quickly over the phone.
Nicholas was transparent and upfront about the pricing before I went into the dealership.
When I got to the dealership, Nick greeted me quickly, was knowledgeable and friendly on the test drive.
While I got an exceptional price on the vehicle and I am satisfied with my experience, the only feedback I have is directed at management. Nick was very good about managing expectations and was very patient as I kept negotiating. I admit I am a hard negotiator, however I felt somewhat insulted by the manager who was writing the numbers for Nick. Initially the price on the car was raised more than $ 2000 above the listed price and discussed price and I was offered a $ 2000 less than my trade in was worth. When I asked to speak with the sales manager directly, to understand why he was trying to raise the price, I was informed that the manager said «he was too busy.» I had to continue to negotiate indirectly with the manager, writing down what I was willing to pay on a piece of paper, while Nick was forced to take it back to the manager who was in another office. I do not think this was fair to the salesman as he had to make several trips.
That being said, the process was relatively painless and when we got over the initial disagreement in the negotiations, the agreed price was very fair.
I feel like my time was respected and Nick acknowledged that I had come way out of my way to do business at Ford Kirkland. I signed paperwork with the Finance Director, who was quick, friendly and was respectful when I declined additional service plans/​warranties etc. and did not try to push me into spending more money.
All this to say, the negative reviews I have seen on Unilocal about this dealership are not representative of my experience and I would recommend Ford of Kirkland, particularly Nicholas Dent

WARNING LADIES!!! Don’t come here without a man. You won’t get any help unless you bring one. VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! I stood around looking at cars for 20 minutes and plenty of sales reps standing around looking at me and not one approached me. I’ve been here before days earlier with my husband and bet we had three sales reps trying to get our business and when I spoke with a sales guy (later that night, he was disrespectful on the phone to me). I asked a sales guy, as I was looking at cars, and asked where the Hyundai cars are located on the lot and he asked me «why would you want one of those, they’re ugly» as he walked away. I called the manager and he made excuses for them stating, they were «probably» busy. Will not be getting our business EVER again!!!

My husband and I were looking for an affordable ford car, and visited ford of Kirkland recently. Rodney helped us looked at a few cars, and we liked a 2016 mustang. Rodney was really cool to work with, and a fun guy to talk to. He showed us several options and offered a pretty good deal. We enjoyed the experience a lot. Would recommend Rodney if you are looking for an affordable mustang.

Hi I’m giving them a one star review I was out looking for an automobile and I could not get anybody to pick up the phone or return my phone call the receptionist was extremely rude when I finally got a sales person he had no clue what was going on I’m looking for friend who wants to buy a car for Über and they are one of the preferred dealers I would not do business with this dealer ship. I don’t know how they got there ford franchise

BAIT AND SWITCH BEWARE. I went to Ford of Kirkland today, after calling and asking multiple times if their pricing on their website was in fact correct as I did not want to waste my time. After being told that it was, we went in, picked out the exact car shown online and started the process. Partway through, the sales person came back saying that they were wrong and the rebates could not be combined and they would not honor the price shown on THEIR website as «Kirkland pricing.»
Even if the rebates could not be combined, I would never want to give my business to anyone who would not honor their own pricing.

Been a customer for many years. Always courteous, efficient in their work and capable at keeping my several vehicles over the years in top running condition.

This is the best dealer I have ever met.
The purchase experience is pretty good.
The service experience is pretty good.
I have nothing to complain. This is a good place to buy your Ford.
And Ford is producing reliable cars as always.

I e-​mailed back and forth with Todd Ireland and assistant Heidi about a certified preowned vehicle I was interested in. For over a week they would not tell me the tire tread depth and remaining brake pad left despite my asking repeatedly and their replies that they were working on it.
Finally, I decided to go in and see the car myself. Todd was completely unfriendly and seemed uninterested — almost angry. He told us he would get the keys and pull it around. We waited over 10 minutes for this while he walked around aimlessly. He came back to us empty-​handed and said he couldn’t find the keys but he’d show us the vehicle anyways. When we got to it the keys were inside. =-|
To my surprise, it was pretty banged up. They had clearly taken photos in such a way as to exclude a busted front bumper, broken side mirror, rust build up, and numerous scratches & scuffs. For some reason I decided to look at the roof where I discovered a huge gash and major dents. Not surprisingly, the tires were in need of replacement and two of the wheels were badly scratched.
When I pointed all this out to Todd and asked if they could address some of it he responded coldly «we’re not a body shop.» So I asked if they could discount the vehicle for the cost of the needed repairs. He said he didn’t think we could make a deal and walked us back inside. There he handed us off to a fellow named Joe Leavitt. Joe was far more friendly but just as incompetent. When we asked what the price was he told us a number that was $ 2k higher than what it was listed online for. When I pointed this out he claimed ignorance and left us for 10 minutes while he talked to his boss about a better price.
In the end we asked if we could have our mechanic take a look at the vehicle to see if there was anything else we’d missed before making an offer. Todd sent a typo-​laden e-​mail a day later to say the vehicle had been sold. In a way I’m glad — but what a miserable experience and waste of time this was.

I did the über leasing program at your dealership and i was definitely pushed into a car. Your salesman and I agreed on a car (2015 hyundai sonata) and agreed on a specific time. He stated he wouldn’t sell the car assuming i came into the dealership at a certain time. So i showed up at the agreed time and the car was sold. So he pulled out another car (2013 hyundai sonata) and stated that i better buy this one because this dealership can’t keep them on the lot. Granted the 13 sonata is a nice car and i did buy due to circumstances at the time where i needed a car asap, but it wasn’t the car I wanted. The car i bought was the one they wanted to sell me and your salesman made it seem like there was essentially no other choices for the xchange program. In retrospect i felt suckered into the deal and i’m upset everytime i think about it. I thought we were done with the days of extremely pushy used car salesman but apparently they are still in business in kirkland.
If i had to do it again i would never go to your dealership and focused on the 3 other alternative xchange dealers in the area but sadly i can’t.

I used to be a faithful customer of their service department. I don’t know why, but this place has gone down the toilet. Used to have very happy employees who demonstrated top customer service skills — not now! I had referred my friends here due to my previous good experiences and am now embarrassed that they are having the same poor experiences that I had.
I attempted to resolve the issues by calling higher up the chain — was always assured someone would call me back after «investigating» but no call EVER came. I tried to go to the top but was sloughed off onto the same manager I had the problem with — not a good move. How many times does someone have to reach out to relay a problem? So you have lost my faithful business along with all of my friends who now agree that this place has gone DOWNHILL.
I just bought another car — somewhere else.

I cannot be complimentary enough to rich and the team at ford of Kirkland. I gave no heads up I was coming in and they were already busy. With that in mind they got me in the car I wanted with grace and professionalism.

I’m done with this dealership after calling 3 times about my new mustangs recalled parts… was promised a call back two times and never heard anything. Yesterday, on attempt #3, the guy told me he didn’t have time to «scrounge» around and that it was best to call back the next day as he didn’t have time to address my issue. I love my car but have been really disappointed with customer service at this dealership.

We brought our ford fusion and dodge ram truck into ford of Kirkland for a potential trade for a Ford Edge. Several things to note:
First, we weren’t able to come to a finance agreement, but we really appreciated Rodney and Hamid’s help with everything. They were very professional and up front. They weren’t pushy, but just laid out all of the facts for us, which was helpful and honest. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to make a deal, but these gentleman were great.
Many years ago, I bought I ford from Prestige Ford (now Ford of Bellevue), and the service was terrible all around. My boyfriend and I were very pleased with our experience at Ford of Kirkland. The only reason we knocked one star off was because we couldn’t make a deal and the lack of parking. They did move both cars our of the way and we appreciate the efforts of Rodney and hamid and their quick and up front honesty. Their deals and inventory is impressive but honesty and a speedy response really make this a good experience.

This place is a joke. Enough said ! No willingness to earn customers business. Totally changed my mind about ever getting a ford.

Unbelievable. Asked for a quote 2 years ago but ended up not making a purchase at the time. Ever since I get phone calls and emails. Over and over again. Every time I ask to not be contacted anymore. Yet a month or two later I hear from them again. Like the other day for instance. Either they don’t care or they’re incompetent. Disheartening either way. Buyer beware.

I had a young man name Leo help me purchase my first car. I would say that I was lucky to have him help me because he was genuine and wanted me to purchase a car that I truly wanted. He would answer questions about any car truthfully and told me which cars he thought were the best deals. I had a lot of fun searching for a car with him and eventually we agreed that a Subaru Impreza was the perfect fit! I’ve been driving this car for about 3 weeks now and it run great! Thank you for your stupendous service Leo! I would definitely recommend my friends to purchase a car from him.

I bought a Ford Fusion Titanium during Memorial Day Weekend 2014 and it’s a fantastic car and I got a very good price for it.
However, this is where the bad experiences started: the sales person gave me the wrong keys and I had to drive back up to the dealership to obtain new ones after I thought my car wasn’t working. I also came in with pre-​approval from BECU when I bought the car but the finance department ran my credit as well as shared personal identifiable information about my credit with Wells Fargo without my permission.
After I called the manager, he agreed to reimburse me with 3 oil changes for the damage created. Upon coming in to change the oil, they did not reset the oil light and a few days later the car told me I needed an oil change. I was shocked and thought that they dealership did not change the oil properly.
The worst part is that when they rotated the tires, the car came back with a nick on on of the rear wheels (19″ premium alloy rims) which was not there when the car was given to them for the oil change. I talked to the service manager, Tom Olsen and he refused to do anything about the situation or make it right in any way! He said I just have to deal with it!
I reported the Ford of Kirkland dealership and filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) for their atrocious service and complete customer dissatisfaction.

Honestly, several people at the dealership on the sales side and the service side were nice and helpful EXCEPT the #2 guy in charge. Can’t recall his name at the moment but I’ll update if I remember. Very rude and disrespectful to myself and my elderly father who was with me. Made us wait to talk to him for 3 hours to basically brush us aside and treat us like we were nothing.
Other than that, great experiences with Sonny and then everyone in the service department.

The way my wife was treated by Todd Ireland tonight is completely unacceptable. Damned lucky I wasn’t there. You had one job and being a pushy ass hat sales punk was not one of them. DO you treat all the women who are ready to buy like this? My daughter was even there. Your actions were, to say the least, were completely out of line and so very UNprofessional. Not one other Ford rep stepped in, but were very aware, after that and allowed him to have a mini melt-​down.
We are ready to buy, now, not on your time frame. We had asked for numbers last Saturday evening and it has taken them until Wednesday to anything, and we are still unsure if PIN information was correctly researched. Wonder why it was so hard? We have a Ford Employee PIN, her father worked at Ford for 40 years, and has NEVER seen nor heard anyone being treated like this.
UNacceptable. Ford of Kirkland… you may thank Todd Ireland for the loss of a vehicle sale… possibly two. You have shown your true colours.

After Ford of Kirkland’s treatment, I went to Bill Pierre in Lake City and bought a brand new Cruze (2014) for $ 2,000 down @ 3% for 72 months with payments of $ 330 a month. Coming a year out of a BK, this is nothing short of a miracle – especially when Ford of Kirkland and other dealers told me to basically hit the road.
Sometimes, you only get one shot to get it right.
