I love their Phở! I’ve been coming to this location for the last 3 months. Every time I order the veggie phở with tofu and no mushrooms. The staff has always been friendly with me. The puffs are delicious, and I always buy a pack to take to work. The only issues I have with the place is that forks are not available at the table, and the staff rarely stops by to refill the water cups. Other than that it’s great!

If you really want hot soup within the next 5 mins, then go to phở brother. Otherwise they have better phở in kirkland. The crème buff is free and it taste good but the phở is just horrible. Is so salty and sweet in a very weird way. The waiter were rude and mean or may be because they don’t understand English too well. I am not going back unless I am too hungry to drive another 5 mins.

No, no, just no. It would be fine that there is nothing on the menu other than phở IF the phở were actually good. In this case, some spring rolls might have actually up’ed my review. I found the service to be brusque and rushed. The phở came out super fast, and I was not impressed with the dirty spice containers as I waited those 3 minutes. The phở broth was warm, not hot, and it was bland. I was excited to find sate sauce on the table to add some spicy, lemongrass flavor, but it was bland, too! I couldn’t even eat 1⁄3 of my bowl. There are way too many other good phở restaurants in the area to bother coming here again.

Fastest phở ever! They have a good selection of options. I had the veggie and tofu phở and it was delicious

Fresh vegetables and amazing quality food! I didn’t expect it to be so delicious the way it was. I’m very impressed with the size(small is huge) and the taste. Will definitely come back very soon for more :)

Waiter looked like i killed his parents in the past. But they are very generous ppl, very generous on the msg and salt on their phở soup. And why they serve sweet desert before the food came out.

Great broth and quality food. Interior is clean but there is a bit of a communication gap. But the food? They got it right.

I was excited when this place opened right behind me, but alas, it’s become more of my go-to place of last resort for dinner. The broth is fine and so are the noodles, but each and every time I have gone, the chicken has been cold, which I can handle as the broth heats it up, but it’s so dry! Dry as dry can be. If they could fix that issue I’d bump it up to 4*.

I would eat here everyday if I could, unfortunately I think that would be looked down upon. They’re broth is very flavorful. Number 6 is my favorite.

Extremely good place for Phở. I’m not sure why people complained about them and their services. Yay!

The phở here is okay not the best but, still meets my needs when I crave phở. I always order to go and their service is always quick about a 3−5min wait. I would only stop by here if you really have no other phở place to go to or you just need phở quick.

Phở was pretty good, but service absolutely sucked. I was literally the ONLY one in the restaurant and the two guys behind the counter were too busy looking at crap on their phones to even refill my water glass. I’ll stick to the other location on Hwy 99!

The food is hit or miss — sometimes I order the double noodles, and I don’t get them. It’s not the best phở, but the service is quick. They serve only phở, so if you’re looking for the Vietnamese sandwiches or other dishes, this isn’t the place. I think the biggest turn off is the lack of customer service. You don’t feel welcome in this establishment, and they’re not very friendly when you’re placing your order or paying. Will keep looking for something better.

Skip it! No hello as you walk in, no thank you after paying(I doubt wait staff speaks english) and food is blah. Broth is crunchy!

This is a family-run establishment and all they make is phở! This place is extremely fast no matter what time you visit. The portions are massive. To top it off they include a little crème puff with every order. My wife and I love phở and have been to nearly every place in Woodinville, Redmond, Kirkland and Bellevue(and several others). This place isn’t quite the best but certainly holds its own and we go here more often than anywhere else.

The reviews here are so mixed that I was really hesitant to give this spot a try, BUT I’m really glad I did after stepping in for a quick weekend lunch! And, yes, it sure was QUICK service! Holy cow! We came in, the first customers(maybe around noon?) and we had our choice of tables. One of the staff members came right over and waited for us to look over and choose what we wanted from the two-sided menu on the table. She walked back behind the counter and then seemed to just walk right back to us with our phở! I was stunned! We figure that because they only make phở here they have everything ready to go and it’s just super fast. I actually appreciated that we didn’t have a long wait or anything because it’s nice to just kind of get in and get out sometimes. This would definitely be a good choice for a quick work lunch if needed! While we ate, ALL of the tables filled up… even the big center table with a large group of people. It definitely does seem to be a popular phở spot! The phở itself was good too. The noodles started out a bit more al dente than other places, but by no means were they under-cooked. The broth seemed hearty too, and there was a good level of herbs. There were of course the options for more basil, sprouts, sriracha, hoisin etc. available at the table as well. To me, the cream puff seemed a little dry, but it’s always nice to get a little sweet bite to finish up a meal. Phở…yeah! We’ll be back! :)

If you want to be ignored, die of thirst, listen to an asian soap opera really loud on an iphone then this is your place. We were a total inconvinience. Bring your own water because you will not be checked on at all. Mediocre broth. And if you cant get that right then you have a crappy bowl of over priced soup. Skip this place and go to phở express in totem square. Best i’ve ever had. :-) If I could give this place no star I would but sadly it will not let me submit my review with out it.

Update: A month ago, there was a mosquito in my Phở. I paid and left. Honestly, I can understand they didn’t really have control of a mosquito, but –as Unilocal has not copyrighted this yet — I say: Eek! Methinks not.
