Orkin scheduled a visit for a wasps nest, 2−5pm. Then they pulled a no-​show. I called and was told the driver would call me.
He calls a while later and says he can’t make it today. He was very rude when I objected and hung up on me as I tried to explain that I had taken off work to be here.
I called the main number, and was assured that a manager would be contacting me shortly. An hour later I called again.
This time I was told that they had scheduled me for 8 – 11 am. I was also told that they are closed and cannot come out tonight.
Avoid these guys. Total waste of time.

It has taken a lot of visits to kill the ants but they have been responsive and polite until today. A real nasty woman Named marni. She said the soonest anybody could come was 10 days which was the second scheduled inspection. The previous calls had service coming within a few days. After many «oh my gods» she was miraculously able to find a time in two days though the window of time was 4 hours instead of two I am ok with the repeat visits — 3 so far — but I am not ok with rude sarcastic ugly Custer service. If. I had spoke with her in the first place I would have never used their company

These guys are only good for cleaning out the traps, even then they missed a trap that was right at the crawl space door. They must assume that you don’t go down there, cause i had to tell the guy before he was leaving, «Did you rebait the traps?», he says «Oh I didn’t check».
