I just had my first nutritional consult with Ashley last night, and I left feeling so incredible about what I’d learned, how well she had listened, and what my next dietary steps are. She spent time getting to know my history with food, my family’s past, and all of those interesting little tidbits that you don’t even consider when you’re trying to figure out what’s going on with your body. I’m very much looking forward to continuing my nutritional journey with Ashley, and would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking a listening ear and a little dietary enlightenment.

I attended a workshop from Crave Health as a recommendation from my running coach. I was getting injured often and hitting walls on long runs. After some quick evaluation, Ashley pointed out that a ton of flaws in my diet. While it was all healthy to begin with, it was low on carbs and not nearly enough calories to sustain my workout load. Most people tend to think that an RD is to help you lose weight, but Crave Health helped me in a whole different way. The plan put together for me was with my heavy workout load in mind without being too disruptive. I was injury free for the next 4 months and got my best time in my last half-marathon. Recently, I’ve been going to lose fat without necessarily losing weight. Ashley got me a modified plan and kept tabs on my progress during our visits. I have lost 2% body fat(from 19 to 17% and on my way to reach 15% goal). I have not experienced the challenges from another reviewer in scheduling appts. I work late and Crave Health has a couple of days where they take appts until late afternoon. Scheduling has been easy over email. Check your insurance and you might find out a few visits are covered in your plan. I do recommend Crave health and I’m still a client.
