Homewood Suites by Hilton – Kingwood Parc – Airport Area

We stayed here for 9 nights and had 2 rooms. It was a great stay and as good as it can be for home away from home. The staff was attentive and kind, the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was terrific, plenty of options and on M-​Th the food and beverage hospitality was also a nice perk. I would stay there no question again if I was in the area. Excellent all the way around.

We stayed at Homewood Suites while in the Houston area for a wedding.
I really have to give them a shout out for two things: the great breakfast they put out everyday, and the quality of their staff.
Unlike other places that provide a complimentary «breakfast», Homewood Suites provides a real breakfast: scrambled eggs, cooked potatoes, sausage, waffles, bagels, etc. Everything is freshly made and piping hot. A great way to kick off the day.
All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. You always got a cheerful greeting and any request was graciously accommodated. The service here was equivalent to that of a boutique luxury hotel.

Dirty, very dirty. I listed several photos, including stains on bed sheets, duvet, drinking glasses with cigarette ash among the other gross things I encountered.
The pull out bed didn’t have sheets, it simply had a mattress cover. The duvet is just a down filler, there is no duvet cover. The carpets were very stained, the ceiling was cracked in multiple places and the room smelled HORRIBLE.
I can’t believe this is a Hilton hotel… I’m very disappointed.

Good Hotel for Kingwood and N.E. Houston — has shuttle to airport
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. We have stayed at several Hilton Homewood Suite hotels around the state. This is one, if not the best, homewood suites in Texas. It’s not perfect, no hotel really is. However, the staff is extremely polite and really tries their best to provide world-​class customer service. From check-​in to check-​out, they were very nice, even the maids.
The breakfast buffet is the same as other homewood suites but again, they do try to go the extra mile and provide good service. This hotel is perfect for business travellers or just a night away from it all. It is a very quiet and somewhat secluded property.
Had a pool birthday party here and everyone loved it. The pool is just big enough and they have an outdoor jacuzzi as well. Kept clean so far as we could tell.
They do have an airport shuttle. I reccomend you give yourself at least 20 minutes extra for the shuttle trip to Intercontinental Airport.
This is consistently a good hotel.
They have gone up on their rates recently but it’s still worth the price.

had bad experiences… this seems like and older hotel because every thing just seemed repaired… we had seen a roach during our stay… what do you expect with rooms with kitchenettes… i don’t plan on doing them again if this keeps up… well my suggestion this is not a HILTON hotel… it didnt seem like it… i rather go else where if i had to stay in Kingwood again…

Nice, clean hotel with very very helpful front staff. My aunt must have called the front desk 150 times in the 4 days we were there for my cousins wedding. After the first day the guy answering the phone knew her voice and only had to ask what room she would like to be connected to. Its not a luxury hotel, but its at the top for being a nice relaxing family atmosphered hotel.

I have stayed here a few times now as I have a client whose office is nearby. The location is super convenient — a mere 10 minute drive from IAH. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and shopping as well. As for the hotel itself, it is clean and utilitarian — nothing luxurious. But I appreciate having a separate living room area as well as a small kitchen.
There is free breakfast in the morning (you can make a TX waffle with their TX shaped waffle iron) and a «evening reception» nightly where there is food and beer and wine. I also appreciate that there is a guest laundry as I hate to take dirty clothes home.
Free wired internet but no wi-​fi. Boo on that. And the reason why this place only gets 3 stars.
