Terrible service. Management and staff needs training! This is my 4th time staying at this place and the ONLY reason I stay here is because my colleague has an apartment across the street from this hotel so it is convenient for him to pick me up and drop me off everyday. If he did not live so close by I would never come back! I do not care for the unprofessional service here. The management and staff needs proper training and I find them rude and condescending. There has been a few times where I am checking in and I can hear the girls at the front desk gossiping about other guest. It is rude for them to make any comment about their guest and for me and others to hear it. I had a colleague from Europe staying there with me one time and when we came back to her room her door was wide open. Apparently housekeeping used a rag to prop the door open and forgot to close it. We went down to the front to complain and two of the management team felt the need to come upstairs to validate our complaint. I am not sure why they felt it was necessary as if we would lie about something like that. This is the only Marriott where the service is so terrible and rude in all the years of my travel. It probably has to do with the fact that most of their staff seems fairly young and obviously not trained to Marriott standards. If I could complain to corporate I definitely would. This hotel brings a bad reputation to the Marriott name/image!
