Kixx Grill & Bar

Nice facility and nice staff, but they don’t know how to work the TVs so they are constantly changing the channel when you’re watching something. Plus they played music rather than the audio from the game that multiple parties were clearly there to watch. Oh and the food is just so-​so.

I arrived here and not familiar with the area had a difficult time finding the place. It is in the same building as an Indian Restaurant. I was seated very quickly and the place was moderately busy. It did not take long to place my drink order and food. I order the crab cakes which had very good flavor. They were a tad-​bit on the mushy side, but glad I ordered them. I also order the lamb sliders which were very good. I would order those again. Finally, I order a pizza with full understanding that i was in a sports bar; therefore, I did not expect high end pizza. Well, the pizza was the big disappointment. The sauce was bland and there was very little seasoning or flavor. I wish I would have ordered a few more lamb sliders.
The bar is a nice place to view a game and there are plenty of TVs and space. If I find my place in the area again, I would not mind stopping in again.

Only came once but it was Sunday and we came to watch the game and it was a great experience. Wings were great !! Plenty of tvs to watch the game of your choice. Service was good. better than some places nothing extraordinary. Would def come back as long as the service is just as good…

I stopped in to the Kixx Sports Bar with some friends on a Thursday night. I had a hard day at work and I was eager for a drink. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Kixx is now under a new management. We saw a big change since the last time we’d been there, drinks were great (i loved my cosmo), the food flavorful, a nice crowd and the atmosphere is welcoming. I had the Margherita flatbread, yummy! Service was really good too! So happy to see this change. Will definately be back!

I just read a review about KIxx sports bar in Kingston NJ. My wife and I were regulars in the old Charlie Browns and have been at the at this sports bar a couple of times but mostly Indian food in Sports bar which is not our thing. A friend of ours said her family & friends stopped in for a dinner last week because of bad weather and it was close to home. They said they were pleasantly surprised that the sports bar is under new management. And were happy with the service and the polite greeting that they received by the new manager. So we decided to try it one last time. They were right there are some changes, mostly attitude & atmosphere. We met the manager and he was very engaging. He spoke about the changes in the menus more American dishes but able to get Indian if wanted. Food was ok, service was great (JESS was our server she said she was new and that the she had worked with new manager RAY before.) Can‘t wait til the new menus arrive. We plan to stop by Valentines day because of what their promoting. It looks like thing are changing, it‘s about time. Good Luck!

So, I came in after work around noon to an empty bar (which id expect for a Wednesday), and the first thing that caught my eye was that they have a few southern tier brews tapped, so that solidified that I would at least get a good drink. if nothing else. I had also noticed the check-​in promotion and I asked my server about it when I sat down. He wasn’t aware of it, so after speaking with the manager (who also had first heard of it), the manager gave the OK to honor it. I gotta tell you, that’s the first time any establishment has ever honored a rarely-​used Unilocal deal! I spoke with the manager, Raymond, who was very polite and eager to make conversation, which I appreciated because I was worried I was being a nuisance requesting the Unilocal deal. He also told me how he was looking to update the menu more to customers’ suggestions. So, all in all, it seems like a very welcoming and customer focused place.
On to the food… I went for something I’d never seen on a typical bar menu, the chicken tikka flatbread. I was incredibly impressed. It had all the flavor of chicken tikka but was just Americanized enough that I still felt like I was at a bar. The prices, also, are impressive. Five dollars for a flatbread of this caliber is a great deal!
Since I went when it was empty I can’t really speak to how they may handle the happy hour or weekend rushes, but it seems like they’re putting in the effort to please their customers. I know for a fact I’ll be back!

Came here last week and the bartender was great, the service, the food, excellent.
Came back today and I think I dreamed up last week because the place is horrible!
Felt invisible for a good fifteen minutes.
Out of wine. Out of beer. Had to ask for menus.
Different bartender tonight but no excuses for being out of wine and beer. After all, it’s a sports BAR.

Love the way the place is arranged with the bar in the middle. Too bad when I came here on a SATURDAY night it was pretty dead. Good and drinks are ok

I never write a review but this place was so bad it deserved one. Beer was flat, «fried mozzarella» was like 8 tiny balls (not sticks for $ 5)… Oh and they were cold.
Service was terrible. I asked the waitress if they have a menu and she said yes and just stared at me. When we told her the beer was flat she basically ran away then comes back with more flat samples.

Great bar with lots of tvs. The staff was very helpful. Order the chicken tickka pizza, excellent.

Awesome, delicious food. Thanks Mike for being a personable and attentive bartendar. Must also go to Pind* The chefs have done an awesome job of fusing indian, American, and French cuisine.

No shortage of tvs. The place is extremely modern, stunning even. The prices are good where a few drinks and apps won’t break the bank. Plenty of bar space and tables. I’ve only been for happy hour and there are way more dudes than girls. Would have gotten a higher rating if they would do more to bring in the ladies.

I’ve driven by a couple of times and finally came in. Brought the wife and two teenage boys. Ate at Kixx, the sports bar. We had the steak burger and fish and chips and they were very good. The prices were reasonable too. The service was very slow even though the sports bar was empty, on a Saturday night.

Love the place. Great drinks, different dishes. Not the same old boring stuff and to top it all friendly staff.

Good food, cold beer and a lot of tv’s! Great set up, enjoyed it.
