Brown’s Florist really took great care of me when I needed to order flowers for my mother’s memorial service.
I found them quite by accident (located in a parking lot behind a sushi restaurant) and dropped in without an appointment. I was welcomed and assisted — with great patience I might add, as we were interrupted several times with phone calls from the funeral home, a moving company, the landlord, etc. He never flinched or seemed annoyed by the interruptions. I had limited time, but he stayed very focused and patient. I was able to look through the catalog and at the arrangements around the store and finally decided on custom arrangements.
When the flowers arrived at their destinations, including Mom’s memorial, they were awe-​inspiring! Brown’s deserves a big hug for all they did to help me and to honor my mom in her passing! Five-​stars for great customer service and superior creativity!

Called Brown’s today for my gf’s bday… sent her a dozen red roses in a vase… the final product was beautiful!!! Thank you Brown’s for making my gf’s flowers beautiful… you guys rock!!!
