My Mom’s boyfriend used this tree service and was very pleased with his experience so he referred them to me. I had a very odd experience with them which is why I am giving the middle score of 3. My experience was more like a 1 but his was more like a 5. Basically, I called them for a quote. They were scheduled to come about 2 weeks after I spoke to them. I don’t know if maybe the job was too far for them or too small but I couldn’t reach them after that. I left 2 voicemails and sent an e-​mail. If they weren’t interested, the right thing to do would have been to just tell me the first time we spoke so the job didn’t keep getting pushed out. I wouldn’t call them again.

These guys/​gal did removed a tree on my property that had fell on the house during Sandy. Very careful and skilled workers, great attitude and hard working. Highly recommended to any and all that need this kind of service. Thanks guys!
