Watch your Warrantee date. Bees were only gone couple of days after treatment, we delayed calling so now we need to pay again if I want the job done right.

Their extermination service is okay, but don’t expect anything approaching quality customer service if an issue arises! When I raised an issue that they’d been dialing the wrong number to arrange appointments for several months, their only response wss: «Well, it’s fixed now.» When pressed it was made clear they had no intention of doing anything to make their gross negligence right, became argumentative, before finally initiating personal attacks and closing the phone. My advice? Use a business that understands the concept customer service and values both customers, as well as, repeat business. This one does not.
