Kelly-Moore Paint Store

5 stars for customer service! Through no fault of the store the new Cabot stain color did not match my 2009 vintage at all (1^st Lowes does not sell Cabot exterior anymore, 2^nd Lowe’s and Kelly Moore use different coding, and 3^rd it seems Cabot changes codes without changing the color name). Cabot stain toll free number couild not provide any solution and just said the paint should match even though it did not.
Marshall at the Kelly Moore Kingsland was my only savior and was VERY HELPFUL. Not only did he tell me that he would «make things right» but he did! He took responsibility when he did not have to. He attempted to use the computer to match the old paint but when it was not coming out an exact match he gave us 3 gallons of replacement stain base and told us to go back to Lowe’s with the codes on the old can and they would be able to match it exactly with their system. That’s what we did and it is perfect. No extra charges and he was just trying to get us what we needed as his main goal. Awesome.

The business is great. Always nice to work with, even though I am not a contractor. The personnel are friendly and helpful to novices like myself
