Corsaro’s Family Pizza

Hands down, the best pizza in the Central Valley. That could be a rash statement, maybe there are better pizzas, but I’m sure I could at least say hands down, the best garlic cheese breadsticks in the Central Valley. Corsaro’s signature item is definitely their breadsticks — their dough is made with a fine mixture delicious, chewy, and likely laced with some addictive drug, because I could eat those breadsticks long after I’m full. It’s just impossible to stop.
Now their pizza is still quite delicious, I just don’t focus on it as much. I love that they use fresh tomatoes on their pizza, and their garlic chicken pizza is quite delicious, my usual go-​to. However, when it comes to getting a meal there, you could probably go with a friend/​significant other/​additional human being and be well fed with simply a ¼ order of the garlic cheese breadsticks and a mini pizza of your choice toppings, which makes it a cheap meal as well.
In addition to their doughy delicious offerings, Corsaro’s also has a salad bar and serves Pepsi products (I only know this because the older gentleman in front of me refused to get a soda due to their lack of Coke products). They have two seating areas, and the one in the back has TV’s available. Also, if you didn’t get enough carbs from your meal, feel free to have a dessert of cinnamon breadsticks.
Long story short: if you do nothing else in Kingsburg, get the garlic cheese breadsticks at Corsaro’s, and you’ll be bound to come back again.

This pizza place is good ! Workers there are friendly and there awsome… we ordered a phone order and got asked if we dining or pick up… they had us a table reserved and we got there perfect timing everything was done and ready was brought to our table nice & HOT! We even got asked if there was a game or channel we’d like to see… my kids where happy choose… besides eating good pizza and breadsticks. place clean with good service and good prices.

We love to order pizza from here! It is very good but it is pricey! If you go in on the weekends it’s real packed. The employees always seem happy and very friendly.

The pizza arrived quickly and was super hot. It’s the best pizza we ever had. It came with amazing cheesy breadsticks too. The salad bar was just enough and the wings were good too, although they could be crispy.

So amazing! First time in kingsburg and hands down best pizza ever! For sure going back again. There garlic chicken white sauce pizza amazing cooked just right. Chessy bread, something I have never tasted so good before. Fresh supplies and food.

My eating partner raved about the bread sticks. I had to check out the hype. I thought they’d look like some long strips of bread with a baked layer of cheese. Boy, was I wrong. They came out fresh, twisted, and stuffed with holy cheezus!!! I was told there’s different kinds of bread sticks that can make too. My eating partner had his stuffed with pepperoni and cheese. He loves this place. 4 pieces for about $ 8 and they’re a good size! The small town hype is real.

This is hands down the best pizza in town! The garlic cheese bread is amazing& the staff is fast & friendly. This would be a last meal request if I was on death row! I’ve shared this with out of town friends & they were blown away every time! You will not be disappointed.

We’ve made this place a stop since we moved from SoCal to NorCal (2010). Best meatball sandwich and garlic bread on the 99 freeway. On our last visit, the sandwich came with baked fried. That was really tasty as well! Until our next SoCal visit…

Really good pizza, especially after a tired hiking in Yosemite national park and after a long road trip! Nice and really welcome people, we arrived at 9pm but they still openend the oven for us!

This is Kingsburg’s «hidden gem.» The pizza is fantastic, the salad bar is always fresh & the breadsticks are totally addicting! 5 stars!

During our annual trek from San Diego to Yosemite, we stop in Kingsburg for an overnight stay before heading out early the next morning. I remember the first time Corsaro’s was recommended to us by the staff at the hotel where we stay, «If you go, be sure to order the cheesy breadsticks.»
Having tried a wide variety of breadsticks, I really didn’t believe that a pizza joint in a small town like Kingsburg could offer me anything better than what I’d already tried. Boy was I wrong!
Corsaro’s garlic and cheese breadsticks are INCREDIBLE. And their pizza didn’t disappoint either. We usually order a half cheese/​half vegetarian family size pizza. We love that they pile on the fresh veggies. Oh and the family size comes with a small size of breadsticks, but we order extra because they’re that good… and, we like having leftovers to nibble on the next morning. The pizza and breadsticks are even good cold as you’re driving up the Sierra Nevada mountains into Yosemite.
And finally, the folks are Corsaro’s are super nice, friendly and attentive. We always feel welcome there. Great place!

Third time going and I’m no rookie at this place but somehow my amazement made me forget to write a review but now that I have time and a little insomnia let’s get to it.
Ahhh, the great Viking town of Kingsburg, CA is full of surprise and the quest for good food is found. Carsaros’s is a good place but always packed and you will soon find out if you’re a rookie why is it a good place to socialize or just eat some Italiano pizza.
The crust, I’ll say again the crust makes the world go around, it’s delicious. Breadsticks are on a whole level tho, it don’t mess around… You can literally eat the sticks as a meal.
For atmosphere is great, service is great and the food is phenomenal. Price is a little high, if you’re the type of person who penny pinches then you ain’t going to like it. To feed the whole squad you going to have to throw some bucks but is worth it, you won’t have that guilt like some places.
