Truckee, CA
Tellers are great but management leaves a lot to be desired. I was told that checks deposited were automatically put on hold and there was nothing that could be done to release the funds. The Truckee branch told me that wasn’t true. In fact, if you deposit a large check in the ATM at the Truckee branch over the weekend, a teller goes through all of the checks on Monday and makes sure that the checks are not put on hold if the account holder is a regular customer. The Truckee branch is great. Avoid King’s Beach.

Terrible service. The manager is incredibly rude and pushy. I would not recommend banking with this bank. Drive to Incline and use Wells Fargo. It’s worth it.

South Bay, CA
Even in a podunk little area like Brockway I get a branch of my bank! This has the old school drive through which gets a little tricky when the ground is icy. I suggest parking and using the ATM on foot to sliding and hitting one of the drive through ATM support posts. Yes I’ve seen people do this. Also doubles as great parking in Brockway. For those of you who know there’s not a lot of parking on the main street and no sidewalks to boot so why not put your vehicle in a safer area?
