The North Face

They were very nice and helped us find everything plus they have a sale! I love north face it lasts for ever and we got a great deal. The hat scarves and snow pants we got kept us super warm and we enjoyed our tubing trip

I went in to return a shirt that still had its tag on it, and even though the manager admitted to owning the exact same shirt, he subjected me to a good fifteen minutes of humiliation while searching for clues to determine that I was a scam artist and that this shirt was counterfeit. I must admit that I held onto the shirt awhile before returning it, but this guy’s first instinct is to expect the worst out of people and that’s just plain bad for business. So months and months pass, and I come in to the store to spend my $ 30 gift card here. The manager is there. He asks if he can help me with anything in a very unfriendly and accusatory way, and I say no because I was simply looking for one item under $ 30, which is a feat. Regardless to my response he proceeded to follow me around the store, wielding a cane over his shoulder (which is used to get tall items off the rack). I’m not suggesting that this man should be fired because I know that he thinks he’s doing the right thing, but these narcissistic traits and fears expressed outwardly reflect a troubling interior. I know from experience. Get help.

Was very surprised to get such an icy reception at the brick & mortar store compared to customer service via phone. The customer service rep suggested that I make a return in the store — returning a backpack that was bought in September. The straps began to rip away so I thought I could just go in and switch it out. The sales staff were less than helpful and when I was passed along to another sales person, he suggested mailing it off to be reviewed but it would take at least 12 weeks. When I mentioned that the customer service rep suggested I just exchange it, he just walked away. Grant it, I wasn’t making a purchase, but North Face has a lifetime warranty that should have been honored happily.
