I’ll echo what another customer said. If you sign a contract with them you will be sorry. In fine print they automatically renew your contract. We signed a two year contract, called 2 years and 1 month in to cancel the contract as we no longer need this expense. Their response, you can cancel but you will need to pay the $ 150 cancellation fee PLUS the remaining 23 months at $ 35 for water each month. Poor service and contracts designed to harm the customer! They don’t even deserve one star. I’m taking the time to write this to protect other customers from their poor business practices. I saw that they list Allstate on their site as a proud customer, if anyone knows who is responsible for the corporate contract, please let me know, as I’d like to share my personal experience with Allstate Corporate.

We got this system for our office and while the water filtration system itself has been fine(other than needing to be serviced a few times), the customer service and working with the company has been awful. every time we try to get our system re-installed, we have to contact the company at least 10 times to get an answer. Then once we finally received a response from the company and scheduled a time for installment today they did not show up. We had to call to ask why no one showed up and their response was that they had no record of us calling or scheduling an appointment… then when we called again later to reschedule they said they have no record of us calling earlier today! Does anyone working at Quench speak to each other or keep records of anything?

Our office has been with Quench for a few years now. We have an Active UV water cooler and love it! Clean cold or hot water on demand with no bottles to refill. Water always tastes great and the cooler is maintained by Quench without us even needing to contact them.

We have been using Quench for approximately two years. They have great customer service and the members of our water club are extremely pleased to know that they are drinking clean water and not making bottle waste. The water is great tasting and refreshing. We plan to stay with Quench for as long as possible.

This company will ripoff you with a lot of hidden charges. We’ve rented for 60 months and it’s now done. So I called and paid off the remaining balance in order to switch over to other company. Their sales man was trying to have me stay in Quench but I denied because their service and charge are really trash and harsh. And now I got an email saying I gotta pay for removing the units that is $ 150 per unit. Removal fee $ 150 per unit? Serious? There is a lot of things that they’ve done to us but it’s not worthy to write them down here. Please whoever needs water service never choose Quench. Otherwise you will regret for 60 month.

Be careful before you deal with this company! Their water filtration system failed to filter our water. When we contacted them to remove the unit, they sent us bills for a «removal fee» and tried to collect for the balance of the contract.
